THE PROPERTY:
Palo verde trees welcome you up the long drive to our peaceful and picturesque property. Upon entering the living and great rooms, the vaulted ceilings and a dual wood-burning fireplace greet you. Your eyes will immediately be drawn to the stunning backyard oasis with a custom pool and spa with an impressive Catalina Mountain backdrop.

If you need a break from the sun but want to marvel at the view, relax in the covered outdoor dining or living areas. Plentiful space and multiple seating areas allow families to spend time together or spread out for peace and quiet. The outdoor dining table comfortably seats six, while a seating area off the kitchen seats four.

Inside the home, feel free to sprawl out and relax with one of the provided books about the Tucson area in the living room, listen to a vintage record or play a board game in the great room. The dining room, featuring mid-century modern furnishings, comfortably seats eight.

Tucson has an impressive food scene and an array of exceptional restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive. On those days when you’d rather hang by the pool and soak in the views from the property, the well-appointed kitchen will not disappoint. Featuring high-quality finishes like granite counters, stainless appliances, and 4-burner gas cooktop for creating gourmet meals at home with the family. We also provide:

Retreat to the “Arizona Room,” your private sitting room adjoining the primary bedroom. Have a zen morning practicing yoga, catch up on work at the desk, or sit with your coffee and take in the sights. This room may have the best view in the house, overlooking the pool with the Catalinas beyond.

This property really is a gem. Clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, this aims to be your (vacation) home away from home. The views and location provide the wow factor our guests seek on vacation, but practicalities and thoughtful extras put your mind at ease. You’ll have access to our new laundry machines, kitchen appliances, extra towels, pool towels, linens, and (maybe most importantly!) quality coffee and Smith tea to start your day right!

SPA: The spa is heated on-demand (turn on 1-2 hours prior to use) and can be used year round, and is included in the cost of your stay.

POOL: The pool can be heated to 85* for an additional daily fee of $75 Nov - March or $55 April - Oct, with a 3 consecutive day minimum - please inquire in advance if interested. The pool will generally be a comfortable temp without supplemental heat from the mid May to mid August. Due to the large size of the pool and large deep end, if evening temperatures are dipping below 40*, the pool heater may not be able to keep up and retain the intended temperature.

POOL FENCE: The safety of our smallest guests is of utmost importance, thus the pool fence is required to remain in place and remain locked for groups with kids under the age of 12. For travel groups without children, you may request in advance that the north section of pool fence be removed (schedule allowing).

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented laundry cleaning products. Eco features include recycling, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a sink water filter so you can get great quality drinking water. Don't forget to pack a reusable water bottle!

Other things to note
PATIO SLIDERS: If the patio sliders are open for more than 5 minutes, the HVAC system will automatically turn off to conserve energy.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m

MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 14+ days, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge (because no one wants to clean toilets on their vacay!). We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring.

MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 8 people total, which includes the total count of adults and children. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 8 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people!

NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.
