This place was great! The perfect space for our family of 5 and our dog. Great location to all activities we were in town for and the place was very clean and had all the things we needed. The hot tub is great too! Beds are very comfortable and plenty of pillows and blankets. Our stay was wonderful! We hope to come back again!

Edelweiss Property

We found the property to be a perfect fit for our summer getaway. The furniture, beds, baths are attractive and comfortable. The kitchen is updated and well stocked. We spent most of our time on the deck with comfortable furniture and in a private setting. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. The location is excellent; close to Firesign Cafe, Sunnyside and the Westshore market. The best beach, Meeks Bay, is an easy drive. We look forward to staying next summer.

July vacation

We absolutely love staying at Edelweiss. The amenities that come with the cabin are exactly what we are looking for. My family has a great time. Our only negative about the place is the fact that the last two years we've come up have had a heat wave in Tahoe. That upstairs gets so hot. But other than that, we thoroughly enjoy our accommodations.

Tahoe Haven

We were quite surprised with this cabin. No reviews so we were nervous. Loved every bit of it. Location, decor, big deck & hot tub with a view. Looking forward to renting again next year!! P.S. Husband enjoyed just riding (mountain bike) from the front door.

Perfect Ski Lease House and Outstanding Location!

My fiance and I rented the house for a 6 month ski lease stay. It exceeded our expectations in terms of the size, layout of the house, heated garage, and location! We were happily surprised to find trails at the end of the street that has access to the groomed Granlibakken cross country ski trails, access to the Tahoe Rim Trail and more. Tahoe Getaway's immediate response to anything that needed to be addressed during our stay was incredible. They even had maintenance folks arrive on a Sunday to fix an issue. Both of us and our dogs absolutely loved our stay and hope to stay there again next ski season!
