Beautiful home. Lots of space for our large family. Great 3rd floor balcony for evening adult gatherings after kids go to I bed. Watch the stars and the beach this area.

This property was absolutely beautiful, and you truly could not beat the direct, private beach access! We loved cooking and gathering together in the large kitchen and living area. The bikes and golf cart were such a fun added bonus and made exploring even more enjoyable. We are already making plans to return to this home. Loved our stay!

The home was beautiful and plenty of space for our family group. The outdoor view was incredible and we loved being out there in the evenings and mornings however the seating area was not great and could use some updating for a house this big with a group this big I would think that the seating area would be more comfortable and bigger outdoor furniture. The air went out in the carriage house and it took some time to fix. The kitchen dining chairs had broken chairs and the rest were almost broken as well. Overall the house was great and all the bedrooms were plenty big and had its own bathroom! The location was great as well.

Absolutely flawless experience. Some codes to get into the pool gym area were not accurate and the golf cart drive belt broke, but everything was a quick fix via communication with the host. Extra beach chairs from previous guest available. We left a beach tent and some sand toys for kids. Cheers to anybody that.

Loved the place

We loved it. Great location and enough room to spread out The game room was the best. One of the nicest stretches of beach in America.

This was a great place to stay and it came with a golf cart that was so handy for traveling up and down old 98 hwy. There were also several bibycles to use, but we didn't get the chance to use them. There was also some extra beach chairs and some small toys for little ones to play with on the beach. The kitchen was to die for. It was large and had 2 refrigerators and a great oven and stove top! It did not have a pool, but the access to the one down the street was a really nice one! The host was very accomadating and helpful in many ways! When we had a problem, they sent someone out to fix it very soon. Overall the week was great and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

King's View

House was great, a little dated with some faucets that could be replaced, outdoor areas need the most work, a walk bridge would make a big difference but the kitchen was great and the AC worked great. Overall a very good experience. Location was perfect

Location is wonderful. only complaint was the ice maker machines in the house were not working. We had an air conditioning problem in the carriage house, but was addressed and fixed the same day. Kings View is wonderful for a large group, very comfortable with room to spread out. We enjoyed oiur stay!

Perfect for families

Beautiful home! Lots of kitchen space with upscale appliances, extra refrigerator for drinks, wine cooler, etc. Adults loved the gourmet coffee machine (!!), kids loved the arcade games, and beds were so comfortable.The sandy beach area below the decks was perfect for the kids to play on and all the beach toys were really appreciated! Everyone loved having the golf cart for scenic trips and the bikes were fun to take down to local bars and shops. Having a private beach area and chairs set up down at the water was awesome! Everyone loved having the outside shower, too! The grocery store and Alvin's were convenient as were many great restaurants. Would definitely love to go back again!!!!

Disappointed

Great location and walk out to the beach.Many things were broken and not working at the property. You could tell it was not well taken care of. One of the bedroom closet's was covered in mold when we arrived which was inexcusable. We were disappointed with the property and its overall state of things working and cleanliness. Would not recommend this property to others

Enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would suggest would be adding furniture on the second floor balcony. I was disappointed that we could really enjoy it from the master bedroom.
