Ideal for 8 people, it offers a beautiful living room with an open-plan kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilets, air conditioning in each bedroom, and private parking. Two terraces allow you to enjoy the Corsican sun. The accommodation: Ground floor: Enjoy a spacious and bright living room, ideal for sharing convivial moments, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. You will also find a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as a shower room with WC. Upstairs: The upper floor has three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and air conditioning, perfect for ensuring rest and comfort for everyone. One bedroom opens onto a terrace with a lovely view of Pietra Island. A second shower room with WC completes this space. Outside: Outside, two beautiful terraces invite you to relax throughout the day: swimming in the private pool, meals with family or friends, or even a barbecue evening under the Corsican sky. They are furnished with a large garden lounge, two tables with chairs, and sun loungers to fully enjoy the sun. For your comfort, the house also has air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as private parking for two to three vehicles. Guest access: You have access to the entire property. Other remarks: Bed linen and towels are available for rent at an additional cost. The rate is €35 per room per week. This rate also includes bath mats and kitchen towels. A baby kit can be provided, including a travel cot with sheets and towels, a high chair, a baby bath and baby tableware: €25 per week.
