Resort Condo w/ it all! Pool/Courtyard views, terrace bar, 1blk to Medano Beach

Welcome to Casa Mexicana our 1,200 sq foot 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. The Master bedroom is very large and features a King size bed , black out curtains and has its own private ensuite bathroom . Master bedroom also has its own direct access to the front terrace , a TV and a hotel safe.
The Guests bedroom features 2 – Twin size beds and the 2nd bathroom is located right beside the Guest Bedroom.
The modern Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal and its nice and open and adjacent to the dining room.
Dining Room features a large table for 6 guests where you can relax and eat or do other activities.
The Living Room is spacious and features a large sofa for one person to sleep on , and a couple of love seats plus a blue tooth player and a Smart 60 inch TV with 200 channels to choose from. The condo also has its own private high speed internet and a land phone with free world wide calling.
Enjoy the beautiful view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard from your 2nd floor location while you BBQ on the spacious patio that is also set up with an outside dining area and a terrace bar with seating for 6 guests.
Casa Mexicana is conveniently located in or A building of Marina Sol, which features 2 elevators for access or its up one easy flight of stairs. Condo has been decorated with lots of Mexican art work and photos and is a real comfortable condo for your Cabo vacation.

This is a new listing as of February 23rd 2022 so we do not have any reviews yet , but we do have dozens of reviews on the other 17 properties that we rent out at this same Resort and they are all listed on VRBO

Clint and his team were amazing. Answered all my questions and helped me with booking airport transportation. When we arrived, Ivan and Ely greeted us and showed us the room and how to work everything. The entire staff at Marina Sol was great even the ladies at the Serrano market. We had the best stay and time there. The location was spot on. A block from beach, Walmart and 5-10 min walk to the marina and anywhere else within DT Cabo.

Excellent location. Only 1.5 blocks from the beach and the marina. The condo is perfect for 4 people and they have plenty of stuff to cook with. The pool is a resort style pool without the craziness. I highly recommend this condo.

Amazing stay

The resort is clean and quiet. Everyone is very nice. The apartment is just as pictured. Location is great. It is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The management team is very generous, most essential supplies are in full size bottles. Definitely will book again. Thank you Clint and staffs.

Trip with teens and young adults

This place is just as described. It’s quiet and peaceful, a very short walk to the beach and basically across the street from a grocery/Walmart.We so enjoyed our time here. The staff on site are amazing and I enjoyed one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The patio was a perfect place to have coffee in the morning or read in the afternoons after a day at the pool or beach. Everything was easy.

This was our first time staying in this condo but our second time at Marina Sol. Loved that this was spacious enough for our family of 4 adults for 11 nights over Christmas. The fully equipped kitchen, suitable for eating in - had everything we needed.The beds were comfy - had deep mattress toppers, so no problems sleeping. Bedroom had ceiling fans and air con unit. Plenty of clean towels and pool towels for use.The condo location overlooking the inner courtyard/garden/pool area makes it so much nicer than being on the opposite side of the building (where you get road noise).The Marina Sol resort is a fantastic central location - a short walk to shops and restaurants, the beach and marina. Hence why we returned for a second time.The pool area (and whole resort) is kept spotlessly clean. The friendly welcoming staff always go out of their way to say hi and ensure you are happy and your needs met - from the concierge, to housekeeping, through to security and even the groundsman, who kindly found us additional parasol shade and loungers when the pool area was full.We ate and drank at the pool bar, front entry bar and used the spa for massages and nails, as well as picked up small snack items in the onsite shop.We made use of the coin laundry available on site too, after smelly fishing charter days.Would definitely recommend to others and return again ourselves.Top tip - take your own stubby holders to keep drinks cool, as none in the condo.

marina sol

the entire property is very nicely maintained. the people are friendly, it is a safe gated community. Clint and his staff were great. We had a problem with the shower head, it was replaced the next afternoon. We would definetly stay here again.

Good location, walking distance to everything. Spacious and good price but it is a relatively older property and the unit could need an update renovation. However, that didn’t bother us until get some bedbug bites. The host replaced the bedsheets but doesn’t help. The property do need a deep cleaning. Hope the owner is reviewing this and take the action as we would like to stay here again.

Great Comfortable Place- Everything you need

Just as pictured. Really comfortable beds and couch. Plenty of room for four people. Nice big kitchen with a BBQ out on the patio. Nice view of the pool and ground rather than the parking lot. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has two twins. Nice for kids. We put the extra pad that was in a closet on the king size bed because we prefer a softer mattress. They had a water purifier unit with hot and cold water so we filled our water bottles with that and it was great. Just a block from the beach and an easy walk. The pool was beautiful and warm. Very quiet. A lot of locals live in the complex. The pool was a nice place to sit after the beach which can be very loud with music. They have a game room with a pool table and game table. Great place!!! We would definitely stay there again!

The condo itself was very outdated. No dishwasher, no garbage disposal, the AC unit in the smaller bedroom sounded like nails on a chalkboard every time it went on. The sheets and bedcovers were very old. The pillows were literally falling apart. The furniture did not match, was old and uncomfortable. Basically none of the standard condiments or additional "extras" you normally expect to find. Would definitely stay at property again but not in this unit unless it is significantly upgraded. The owner seems very nice and we got the feeling that this is a new venture for the owner. This is not meant to be a negative review, but a helpful review of some relatively easy upgrades that help. Next time I go to Cabo, I will contact this specific owner to see how things are and may decide to stay again!

Hi Jenny appreciate the feed back and to be fair we do not advertise a dishwasher and our HOA rules do not allow garbage disposals, and our rate is very , very low for a 2 bedroom 2 bath pool view at our Resort because we know we have an older condo but its very comfortable for most guests . Your correct about the sofa and have a new one on order but it was delayed because of a shipping problem , we hope to have it real soon. We had a problem with the bearing in the A/C mini split and we bought a brand new mini split so that problem is solved and we have bought all new pillows and the unit does have all brand new sheets and towels please let us know when you plan to come back and we can give you a discount on your next stay.
