Modern apartment for 4 guests, with a 40 sqm large terrace and fantastic sea views.



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and offers a wide view of the sea and the islands of Hvar and Brac from the large terrace. The terrace also has a private hot tub, seating and sun loungers. A large awning provides shade.



The living area has a kitchen with a ceramic hob, crockery, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



Satellite TV and WiFi are available free of charge, as is air conditioning in all rooms.



The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 180x200cm and has sea views and access to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and also has sea views.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet, a hairdryer and a washing machine are available, as well as towels and bedding.

A cot and high chair are available on request.



On the ground floor of the house there is a communal room, the Konoba, equipped with a brick grill and seating area.



Swimming pool and sun loungers for shared use with other guests of the house (2 more apartments in the house).

View magnificent and lovely with the jacuzzi on the balcony. Makes the otherwise quite long (and steep!) walk from the beach home well worth it. Kitchen a little scarcely equipped but nice with the gas stove on the balcony.

Honestly, if we could, we would love to live here for the rest of our lives 🤣

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has beautiful views. The jacuzzi really makes the stay special, especially in the evening. There is plenty of space for up to 5 people to sleep comfortably, and the large balcony is a great bonus. You can easily have a barbecue there and spend the evening enjoying the view. We also think it’s a great option for couples travelling with children. Once the kids are asleep, you can relax together in the jacuzzi, watch the sunsetenjoy a quiet evening under the stars. The lights in the jacuzzi at night make it even nicer. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. We would happily come back! 🥰 It’s one of those places where you arrive as a guest and leave already thinking about when you can return. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Appartement impeccable, accueil très chaleureux et personne très réactive. Malheureusement aucune photo ne peut reproduire la vue incroyable de cette grande terrasse, attention en arrivant à ne pas vous cogner la machoire par terre !!!! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, ou plutôt non, GRANDS OUVERTS !!!!

Schönen Ausblick aufs Meer aber...

Ein sehr schönes helles Appartement mit großer Terasse tollem Blick auf Makarska und Meer, wären da nicht die zwei Baustellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von Dämmerung bis Dämmerung Baulärm, so dass die Terasse nicht wie gewünscht genutzt werden konnte.
