About this property

Apartment with view of the Loire Valley and Chateau

Relax in this magnificent apartment as you let yourself be guided along the water and the architecture of the castle.

Renovated to preserve the charm of this former annex of a 17th century hotel-restaurant.

You will be able to admire the Loire on one side and the castle on the other without leaving the apartment.

You will then be immersed in the heart of the historic district of Amboise, allowing you to make all your journeys on foot or by bike (private bicycle parking on site).

Very quiet area.

Completely renovated from September 2025 to April 2026. We have done a complete restoration of the apartment in order to put back a traditional oak parquet floor as in the Renaissance era. Two separate and closed bedrooms have been designed to make the most of the Loire and the castle.

The kitchen has been fully equipped as if you were at home so that you can make yourself good food and pastries.

The The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and equipped.

The kitchen includes: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with coffee available.

Living room with off-white imitation leather sofa, convertible into a real bed for 2 people with an 18cm thick mattress. Connected TV with orange TV. High-speed Wi-Fi (fibre).

A 40m2 terrace is on the ground floor of the building where you can soon have your evening wine drink.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation.

The accommodation is easily accessible from the train station on foot in 15 minutes and on the Loire à Vélo route.

Parking space accessible in front of the apartment and free of charge. A large free car park is also available 50 metres away.

Located on the 3rd floor in a famous former hotel restaurant from the 17th century. The apartment is served by a magnificent period oak staircase.
