Perfect for a family of 4

The entire complex is beautiful-can’t beat the views from the back deck. The pool area is immaculate and everyone is super friendly. Close to food shopping, liquor stores, beaches, etc. would definitely go again.

Quick getaway

Nice place. Streaming tv was frustrating. Lacked some basics- soap dishes in bathrooms, Kleenex and enough extra pillows. Twin mattresses need to be replaced. The unit was very nice, has a beautiful view and was very quiet.

Too far, Too windy, Thermostat Issues

This was a nice place when I first arrived but I grew to not like it. There was a strong Northeast wind and this place faces Northeast and the wind was whistling. The thermostat was tricky and despite trying many times, it kept defaulting to 80 degrees. I woke up very hot several nights. For me, traveling alone, it was too isolated out there and too far from the beaches.

Little things add up

Loved the location and view, was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, the unit was not cleaned to the standards I’m sure the owner expects and is paying for. When your teenage son voluntarily runs the vacuum cleaner you know it’s bad. There was not enough towels provided for four people to make it through the week. Wi-fi was unreliable and provided internet access sporadically at best. It’s unfortunate that these little things added up to an overall poor review, as they’re all easily remedied.

Amazing spot for a family vacation!

Just spent a week here with myself, my husband, and our young (infant) daughter, and our stay was perfect! The view is unbeatable — we saw so many animals/birds and having the screened in back porch meant we could overlook the water in the morning, afternoon, or evening without worry about getting blasted by the sun or eaten by bugs. Our daughter really enjoyed playing out there while we sat and had our morning coffee. The condo itself was quite large, and had plenty of room. It was clean, nicely decorated, had lots of board games/puzzles. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/pots/cooking utensils/appliances — we just did a quick grocery shop before we arrived (only 10 min away) to stock the full-sized fridge. Water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms was great, which was especially helpful after spending a day at the beach. The amenities were great. We walked the paved golf course/path most days with our daughter in the stroller. While didn’t get to play golf, the course looked nice and we would definitely consider playing it if we are ever back. The pool is lovely, has a kiddie pool, lots of umbrellas/chairs, and a play area, you could spend hours there. There is also a small, private beach to use and swim at. You’re only a short drive from Bethany Beach, which has a lovely boardwalk with lots of shops/restaurants and tons of parking. Overall this rental exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place for our family beach vacation. Will definitely be back!

An okay place to stay

Our family of four just returned from a weeklong vacation at this property. The condo is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the view of the bay is beautiful. I spent a lot of time using the provided binoculars to keep track of the osprey pair that were nesting on the platform you can see from the great screened in back porch. The living room sofa was large (and comfortable) enough for all of us to sit and watch tv or play games, which was great. We had several issues that made our star less than stellar. It started at check in. When we walked in, it was obvious the place hadn’t been cleaned. There were dirty linens in the main bedroom and both bathrooms and the property was clearly dirty throughout from the last guests. It took numerous calls (3+) to Vacasa to get a cleaning crew out. They finally showed up at 8 and were done by 9. Despite our requests, we were never able to speak to a local Vacasa representative. There were other issues to note too - the AC system is digital and took us a while to figure out so that the temp would stay constant (it kept going into eco mode throughout the day and night). The back door doesn’t lock. The condo is on the 2nd floor so we felt safe enough but not ideal. And the Wi-Fi goes out frequently. We found restarting the router typically worked. It wasn’t a huge deal but worth noting.

Great place but no cable TV!

Great view in lovely community. When we had a problem with plumbing , Vacasa came and repaired it within an hour. Our only complaint was lack of cable.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to kayak from behind the building, but a bit inconvenient that there was no where to keep the kayaks other than back on top of our vehicle

This condo was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. I loved waking up to beautiful view of the bay And could sit out on the deck to watch the sunrise. The bird watching in the morning was exciting also. The amenities included were great. We we’re able to do our laundry there, my daughter could watch her tv show while we got ready for the day. Also we did spend one afternoon at the pool and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the pool and how nice it was. It was a great condo for our stay and would definitely plan to stay there again.

beautiful home with stunning view

i can't overstate how beautiful the views from this place are! the home is impeccable and you're surrounded by so much natural beauty. there's a path to the bay right outside the front door. one note -- the kitchen is super bare bones -- lots of cooking equipment but no olive oil, salt, coffee, etc., so bring everything if you plan to cook at all!
