This is the second time that we stayed at this property and it was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and organized. We like how close it is to the beach and many local restaurant's are only minutes away. Gary and Dawn are awesome hosts and we are planning on coming back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Dawn & Gary's home. It is beautiful, spotless, comfortable and well stocked in the kitchen & the bathrooms. It is in a very quiet community and a short drive to Bethany Beach & Rehoboth. We will be back for sure!!

Dawn and Gary's lovely place was a terrific find. Located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood, it was everything we want in a beach getaway. There were lots of helpful amenities, plenty of room and it was very accessible to all the beach things we are in the habit of doing (sunbathing, eating, exploring and basically just chilling out). Our week long stay at this property was everything that you could possibly ask for when searching for a VRBO rental property. Ultra clean, comfortable king size MBR bed, beautifully decorated, excellent floor plan, well maintained and supplied inside, meticulous outside landscaping and grounds, quiet location yet close to all beaches. Owners are super nice and attentive to your needs.

Very nice residential neighborhood, easy access to the beach and other locations. The home is exactly like the pictures, very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Very nice house with everything you need for a relaxing stay. House is nicely furnished with everything you need. And the rainhead shower is amazing!!!
