Pala Hinu Cleaning Services (our cleaning contractor) is dedicated to ensuring that your rental is safe and sanitary. We have evaluated our cleaning practices with the onset of COVID-19 to make sure that we are using the proper chemicals and techniques. Rest assured, we have implemented new procedures that include frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas, linen sanitization, and we have given our staff robust training to ensure that our standards are one of the highest in the industry. We have also received certifications for Cleaning for COVID-19 by the Care Academy and the VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals).

It opens to your private lanai for coffee, al fresco dining and Happy Hour overlooking an expansive lawn, FULL ocean views with sunsets!

The bright sunny master bedroom features queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and additional twin bed allowing up to 5 guests! Both bedrooms offer a portable AC making your nights cool and comfortable year round!

Both bathrooms offer large showers and the second bathroom is a tub combination. For your convenience there's a washer and dryer in the property too! Tropical breezes cool the unit with ceiling fans throughout!

The property also comes equipped with beach chairs, beach towels and cooler to make your Maui beach time enjoyable.

The park-like complex itself provides resort style amenities: a pool, hot tub, barbecue areas, an exercise room (rarely available amongst all Kihei complexes) and even tennis courts! We are always available to be reached via email or phone. Additional cleaning could be arranged for a fee, generally our long stay guests take advantage of this service. Our maintenance team is on call and can assist at any time. Check-in and Check-out are very simple. We send you a pre-arrival email that has all necessary information on how to get to the condo, what the electronic door lock code is, how to access the pool, etc. We recommend you print the email prior to the trip or saving it on your smartphone to easily access it when you arrive at the complex. A private Concierge is always standing by to help with any activity bookings, island recommendations and restaurant reservations.
