Best views at Kamaole Sands! Ground Floor Stunning Ocean View completely furnished and equipped (really!), 2/2 from the Best location in Building 10! Unobstructed views from the Living room, Master bedroom (spectacular) and kitchen with no road noise.  Air conditioning in all rooms. Beautifully appointed for a relaxing vacation.  No parking lot vistas!. This unit was an owner use unit for 17 years but is now available. Across the street from Kam 3 Beach, its a breeze to get "Toes in the Sand". Extensive gym, extra large swimming pool, on site Pickle Ball and Tennis! The BBQ shaded area / with picnic tables just a short distance at the end of the building (1 condo away). Close assigned parking is included.

 Enjoy the sunset from your patio or living room 365 days a year. Accommodates 4 guests very comfortably (while we can accommodate children our condo is not child proof, has expensive items that can be broken and has a walk out patio without a fence). Great location

Loved being on the first floor facing Kamaole Beach Park 3. Good spot to see sunset from the lanai. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and small ice chest that were in the unit. Host was great and very communicative.

Lovely stay

This is a beautiful unit, that has been nicely updated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need and there was plenty of equipment for beach use (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc.) The property is absolutely beautiful and just steps from beautiful beaches. It was wonderful to be able to step out onto the lanai to enjoy morning coffee and explore the property!

Family time in Maui!

Everything was perfect… location but the accuracy of the online listing was 100% In fact, better than expected. The condiments available in the cupboard was a huge bonus too! Thank you Andre!

We love the Kamaole Sands complex in Kihei and this unit was by far the nicest we have ever stayed in there. Top of the line everything! Andre was very accommodating and this will be my go to unit moving forward!

I go to Hawaii regularly and have stayed in dozens of units across 10 or so different complexes over the past 15 years. This time I needed a 2 bedroom and I prioritize walking distance proximity to Kam III beach and first floor so opted for Kamaole Sands. Its right across the street.I love being able to grab chairs, umbrella and backpack and walk to the beach. I'd opt to rent a cart from auntie snorkel next time, which is super close by.Overall, this is a fairly standard condo unit with some very minor issues that really amount to common quirks of condos on Maui, so they certainly wouldn't deter me from staying here again.The air conditioners in the rooms work well. However they vent to a condenser in the closet on the lanai that puts out a lot of heat while the AC is on. This is quite common but you have to have the AC off in this condo if you want to sit on the lanai and not be blasted by hot air.That said, the price was considerably higher than what a standard maui condo ought to cost. I certainly wouldn't put it in the luxury category....

We enjoyed our stay in 10-116. The unit was clean and had a great ocean view. It was a quick walk to the beach and had beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available for use. There were some spices and shampoo/conditioner, which was helpful. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The beds were comfortable.

Clean, comfortable and well-stocked!

Excellent location; the beach is right across the street with a lifeguard on duty. Beautifully maintained grounds. Very clean and well stocked condo, including laundry soap, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of toilet paper. The kitchen has everything you'll need, including food wrap and foil. Beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with one bed and the handyman resolved it quickly and I'm confident it won't be an issue in the future. Andre was a very responsive host. There were three beach chairs and we rented a fourth at the concierge at the pool. We also rented snorkeling gear there. This condo has an amazing view of the sunset over the ocean. The parking stall is close. There are nearby grills. Check the pantry before you head to the store, as previous visitors tend to leave some things behind. My only suggestion to the owners would be to add a small cooler for visitors to use when they go out for the day. We had an excellent time in Maui and this condo was a great place to relax after a busy day.
