Sparkling clear emerald waters of Navarre Beach only 6 miles away! Very comfortable, fully furnished and equipped townhome. Three bedrooms (two queen), and one full with all new furnishings. Take the memorable scenic drive from Navarre Beach to Pensacola - it will not disappoint!! Minutes to beaches, golf, bike/walking trails, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and hospitals. Beach chairs/beach towels provided. East Bay is three blocks away with community beach, seating, and fire pit. Two sets of golf clubs available for guests to use at Hidden Bay Golf Club only four blocks away! 18 miles to vibrant downtown Pensacola. 14 miles to Fort Walton and Hurlburt Field. Looking for visitors/snow birds welcome. This is a HOA, and VERY safe neighborhood. No smoking please. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and dishwasher. Luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Attached garage with private entrance into hallway. Parking for one car in garage, one vehicle in driveway. No street parking allowed. Central heat and air with ceiling fans in every room, Wi-Fi included, 50" smart tv in common area. Smart TV in master bedroom. All bedrooms are upstairs. Linens and towels provided. Washer and dryer conveniently located upstairs. Unit is 1,600 SF with a 17'x4' back patio with new gas grill. Guests take care of day to day housekeeping. Snowbirds welcome! Florida panhandle

Property was exactly as advertised. Our host responded promptly to questions and inquires. Friendly neighborhood and a great home base for exploring all that the Florida panhandle has to offer.

I was raised in an Air Force family and traveled extensively growing up, spending several years in Europe as well as the United States. Navarre, Florida, feels like home to me with its strong military presence. It is definitely a bonus being located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!!

Why they chose this property

Every year, my family and I vacationed in the Emerald Coast. I loved it so much that I decided to purchase this property in 2021! It appealed to me because of its wonderful location near the beach and the fact that is was bran new and very comfortable.

What makes this property unique

This property is conveniently located between Destin, FL and Pensacola, FL. It only takes minutes to drive to the beach and enjoy the white sand and emerald water!
