🏡We offer for rent a cosy duplex house top, of 80m2, located at the exit of the village of Saint-Florent, ideal for families wishing to enjoy a pleasant stay.
⚠️ Accommodation for 6 people maximum.
🏡 Description of the accommodation: Detached upper house, recent and functional, of about 80m2 with a large balcony overlooking the sea and a large terrace (more than 40m2), also with sea view. The house is located in a recent residence.
It consists of: - a large main room with lounge area (TV) and new fully equipped and furnished Leicht kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge, kettle, toaster ...) + dishwasher and large table for 6 people.
Upstairs: - a bedroom with double bed 160x200 (sheets provided) and large cupboard/dressing room; a second bedroom with two twin beds 2X90X200 and large cupboard/dressing room - a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine (towels provided) - a toilet with separate washbasin. Air conditioning in all rooms.
A large wooden outdoor terrace, quiet and shaded, with deckchairs and table for your meals or moments of rest. A large balcony with table and chairs. - Wi-Fi connection - free parking space.

Hote super disponible et charmante. Cuisine bien équipée. Endroit agréable et assez grand pour une famille de 4. 2 terrasses sympathiques . Un peu de bruit de la route en contrebas mais maison bien isolée du bruit. Très bon séjour
