The apartment was beautiful! The balcony view of the river was amazing and the apartment had every amenity possible. Our hostess, Sylvia was super friendly and helpful! My husband and I stayed two nights. So many great places to eat and shop within walking distance. Our favorite was Raccoon Coffee, which is a food truck in the parking lot in back of the church next door. We would definitely stay again! 😁

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. It was a great base for exploring the city for the first time. Both the gym and spa were open on Christmas and made for a great relaxing holiday.
Our only complaint was that on the last night a leak started from the unit above, flooding the bathroom. Both the building and hosts were responsive in the morning but it was clear it was best we leave then.

The hosts were very responsive via text and email and the check in process was quick, convenient without any issues. The apartment was very clean and was even bright and beautiful inside than expected. The balcony views of the cityscape and the surrounding waterways and drawbridge were exceptional both in the morning and evening. There was minimal noise from other neighbors and the unit was relatively sound proof to outside noise and traffic. Everything worked as it should within the unit and we have more than enough supplies in terms of toilet paper, towels, dish soap etc. for our entire stay. The espresso was one of our favorite things to use each day. Overall we loved the location, the building and its staff, the cleanliness and the view of this apartment. We had a wonderful vacation and would come back anytime! Highly recommend. :)

Great location in the middle of vibrant Brickell district, close to many shops and restaurants.
The apartment was clean, and well stocked.
Good experience overall with staff, except one thing.
They insist on taking photos of your IDs, and keep them on file. I am wary of anyone keeping my info on file, and asked them to make an exception.
They did not, and were borderline rude about it.
