Escape from the city to a cozy mountain retreat this winter/spring! If you’ve been working remotely & need a change of scenery, or if you are seasonally working in the mountains, or just seeking a pet-friendly temporary mountain home- ours is available. A charming 2 bedroom with beautiful mountain scenery all around, it has the feel of a calming mountain cabin while still being close to all the essentials like local coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, and close access to tons of hikes, Georgetown scenic railway, ski resorts, and the city of Denver.
Cozy up to a wood burning fireplace with a lavender latte (you can use our Nespresso) and your laptop to work, or while watching Netflix & Disney plus after a long days’ hike.
There are two queen beds in their own room with a sofa bed in the living room to spread out in, all with different natural lighting depending on your mood.
A bright dining area and hand crafted kitchen table is a great spot to work or have a lazy Sunday breakfast spread. We have a fully stocked kitchen for your use, and a small grill in the back patio.
Water pressure is great in the shower, or you can soak in some salts after those winter hikes and sporting in the tub. An outdoor 104 degree heated hot tub is a stones throw from the back door. (Note in some sections VRBO will describe this as a heated pool...It is a heated - 104 degrees Hot Tub spa.

I am a Brit. Ski Instructor who came to Denver on a date and ended up visiting the high country of Summit and Eagle Counties. Blown away by 9 ski resorts within 45 minutes of each other and other resorts roughly 2 hours away I decided to stop a while. That was 17 years ago!
