My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Micheal was very responsive from our booking welcome to making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home was decorated so nicely, clean, very comfortable and the property was well maintained. We had a great view of the beach and a very short walk to get to it. We will definitely keep this property on our list of places to stay again.

It was a perfect little home for our family we loved it . Only problem is that pool was listed on the listing and there is no pool anywhere on the property just be aware of that . We specifically cleared our searches so we had a pool and no pool was there although it was listed . Other than that everything was good

The house was tidy and the kitchen was very functional. The beach view was stunning! Many windows offered a great view. I asked lots of questions since it was my first time renting. The host was very kind and quick to respond. Everything was going smoothly until the air conditioning broke the day before we left. Of course, it was very hot, but we managed and still had a good time.

Thank you for your review. We did have an issue with the air conditioner. The air conditioning unit was replaced the very next day, We would be offering a partial refund for that day, but we were surprised to find the guest had damaged the living room coffee table, badly. The coffee table is wicker and the wicker on half the table had been removed.

This was a great stay! We were a little worried when we arrived as the outside needs a little tlc, however, the inside is completely updated. The house was very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. The upstairs ac did have a little trouble keeping cool in the later afternoon so it would get warm on that floor. The house had a really nice view and it was a short walk to the beach. The only real issue we had was related to lighting. It was a game of what light/fan went with what switch in certain rooms, and there were several lights/fans that we never could find the right switch for. For example, there was no way to keep the fan on in the master bedroom without the light on.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
