This was an excellent property to stay. Clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. BBQ grill is not an option due to its location so it should not be listed as an amenity. It was a great location and convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Great location to downtown Gatlinburg, and the house is spacious with nice bathrooms dedicated to each of the 4 big bedrooms. The double tiered, full length decks and hot tub are awesome. The host was very responsive to question. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful family weekend. The cabin was clean and beautiful. The very spacious porches were great for relaxing and enjoying our time together. The location is great. No winding roads to travel and easy quick trip to downtown. The kitchen is well appointed.

Loved the view and proximity to all the activities to enjoy. So easy to get to town. The hot tub was enjoyed and the property was very family friendly. We loved the 4 king suites although the bed mattresses are showing severe wear. Sunken in on both sides with a high spot in the middle. Not kind to older backs/hips, lol! The wooden blinds need a serious cleaning. You didn’t want to touch the ones in the left upstairs bath. I notified the owner and she was very responsive, but said she was totally unaware so I don’t believe the owner lives nearby. We didn’t use the grills, they were almost pushed over(I guess by bear and not being kept clean).I don’t mean to unload on this beautiful cabin, it was a good family vacation, I just hope its small issues are looked after.We would definitely recommend and stay again….it should be listed as “near new”.

We enjoyed our stay it was nice spacious everyone was satisfied with the room and it was quiet except that we had a nosy neighbor next door at 6:00 in the 4:00 in the morning playing music other than that we plan to visit again could use a little bit more cleaning in the area shower and area the screen door was busted and also there was some kind of creature or animal crawling in a ceiling and one of the rooms
