Great place in a great location. The pizza place downstairs was fantastic. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone, especially if you don’t want to rent a car. Everything is walkable and convenient. We had a great time.
The place is perfect for a long weekend in Seattle! Great location and within walking distance to everything you want to see in the downtown area. Great bars and restaurants close by.
The location was perfect. Very walkable to almost everything. Building was very secure and safe and had great features like a pool, gym, and free parking spot. Also had convenience of a market on the corner and a few restaurants below the condo building.
This was a clean and comfortable space to get away to. The area is in a convenient location if you’re looking to explore the downtown area with shops, restaurants, bars, and even some salon options just a five minute walk away. Our stay was three people but we could have easily and comfortably accommodated more people in this space.15 minute walk from the space needle and museum of pop culture and much more.Arrival and Checkout were so easy, and Ashley and her husband are kind and quick to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this space to anyone.
My family and I stayed here for 5 days in December. It was the perfect location to be able to walk everywhere. The beds were comfortable and the TVs were huge. The building is very secure and it was easy to go in and out. We plan to stay there again when we return.
We really enjoyed our stay, property was spacious and in a fantastic location with incredible waterfront views. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to ensure we had a seamless experience. Only slight disappointment was the hot tub was closed.
The location was convenient. Place was spacious for 3 people, and clean. Nice views. Equipped with all of the essentials you may need during your stay. On site secure parking. Beds were comfortable.
Perfect location. Can walk to everything. Restaurants and grocery store right outside the door. Beautiful decor and comfy beds. Air conditioning units in each living space made it very pleasant on the hot days. Parking garage was a real plus! And the pool was great. Would definitely stay here again.
Six adults were in our group. Felt safe and the unit was clean and comfortable. Great access to pier and other attractions. Interior of unit modern and updated. A tiny bit small for 6 but we were really minimally there. I would recommend this to others. Thank you for hosting us!
Location is easy to walk to most activities.Did not feel like a luxurious penthouse, just larger hotel room. The portable AC units were very loud but too noisy outside at night to open windows for comfortable sleep.
(1) Location hard to beat. 2 parents and 4 teenagers. Everything we wanted to do, for kids AND grownups needing some space, was within a 5-10 min walk. Space needle, Pike market, ramen, french pastries, geeky cocktail bars, etc. There's a fantastic bakery coffee that is the ground level of the building - don't even have to go outside! (2) Check in is necessarily complicated due to building rules but guests are met on site and given very clear instructions and a tour by a very friendly team member. Top notch. Other places typically just send a long email and let guests muddle through it. (3) Unit itself is very clean, well maintained. Common deck a great place to sit and look out at water. TWO pullout couches - one is in the main area so better for a very early riser. Place is ideal for say 2 close couples and some low maintenance kids or 4 very good friends. (4) The only reason for 1 less star on value for money has nothing to do with the unit it's just that Seattle is expensive and that's the way this part of the world is in 2026. Am actively looking to book again in the fall for a different trip.
Overall, we were very pleased. We did find that the lamp in the dining area did not work and that the apps on the TV’s belonged to other people so we had to delete and reinstall apps. The upstairs bedroom TV would not stay online for more than 2 minutes before kicking back to the main menu. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.
This apartment works well for two couples or a family of 3 or 4. Great location in the heart of downtown, easy walk to ferries, Space Needle and lots of restaurants. And there is convenient parking in the secure garage. The only negative concerns the stand alone AC units in the living room and bedrooms: the units are vented through the sliding glass doors in a way that prevents the doors from making a tight seal when closed. A better arrangement would improve sound insulation.

Seattle Family Vacation
This rental provided plenty of space for my family. The proximity of the condo to Pike’s Place, the Space Needle, and other attractions was great. My children enjoyed playing Uno and other games that were available in the rental. It was very hot during our stay so the AC units were appreciated. That being said, it was definitely not a great area. We felt safe during the day but would not walk the streets near the condo at night. There were several nightclubs nearby and a large homeless population. Many people seemed to congregate across the street from the condo every night. It was very loud and difficult to sleep.
Although there were many amenities in the condo, many basics were missing. For example, there was no laundry detergent or pool towels. We had to use our individual bath towels at the pool and go out to buy laundry detergent to wash them so we could use again for our showers. Although the condo was definitely surface cleaned, there was a lot of dust on moldings, spice rack, and other areas other than countertops. I have a severe dust allergy so this may have bothered me more than others. Refrigerator shelves also were not clean. I had to spend time cleaning upon our arrival.
Check in process was very easy. Owner and employee were very nice. If you have a car to drive at night and are a heavy sleeper, the condo may be fine for you.

Hi Amy, thank you for staying with us and for your review. I wish you had mentioned something about needing more towels and the laundry detergent because the condo is well stocked with both. I would have been happy to give you directions on where to find them or to bring you more. All of our condos are professionally cleaned after every guest departure. However, I can understand if dust was a challenge with severe allergies and I apologize if this caused you any inconvenience. Belltown is the residential part of downtown Seattle, but it is still in the heart of a metropolitan city with proximity to the tourist and entertainment attractions. We wish you the best in your future travels and would be happy to host you again on your next visit.
