Great location

Great condo, location was perfect, central to everything we wanted to do in Seattle. We had a rental car, so the parking garage was a bonus. Lots to do and see around the condo, many great restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend this location.

Awesome location and experience!

It was a fantastic location. Easy to walk everywhere! Great hosts/manager. Really positive experience. Clean and all necessities. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Both bedrooms were nice and one kid slept on the pull out couch and it was very comfortable. The location is perfect and we walked everywhere we went. It is also a secure building and we felt the neighborhood was safe. The roof top and garden area were added bonus to relax at end of day. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Communication with host was very timely and responsive. Unit was comfortable and in a great, convenient location. A positive was the dedicated two bedrooms (not just one bedroom and a pullout in the living area), and parking spot in locked garage was included. Restaurants, waterfront, and attractions within walking distance. Unit is as pictured (unlike some VRBO rentals I've booked in the past). Overall great experience with this host.

Perfect!

We were very comfortable at the condo, and it was such a great location- walked everywhere. Building was very secure. Prompt communication with owners. My son loved the pool. Would definitely recommend for any family.

SO Expensive, BUT .....

The price that we paid for staying 2 nights was very expensive, BUT, this unit is well situated amongst where we wanted to be. The owners made it possible to get in a bit early on our arrival day and that allowed us to visit Pike's Market that and the following day. We also were able to walk to the Space Needle (great views and a neat 2-story observation area) as well as a great coffee shop right next to the lobby of the building, as well as a nearby restaurant. There is also a bodega nearby at which we were able to buy some needed items (but they do no sell alcohol). In addition, on the morning of our cruise ship trip we were able to walk to the Pier from this location, which was why we chose it in the first place. The unit itself was nice and clean, upgraded from what seems to be an older building getting its second life. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Nice, fast elevators, a pool and some gardens to relax in are also available. We did notice street noise when loud cars and certain motorcycles raced by due to the thinner windows and the fact that you can’t totally close the balcony door because of the portable air conditioner exhaust pipe being placed there. The 7th floor has a common deck that overlooks the neighborhood as well as offering sight of taller ships (such as the cruise ships) if they’re docked in the harbor. There is also an available grill on that deck for residents and guest to use. All in all, we had a nice, but short, stay. The per night cost would have been 33% less had we stayed a week, and that would be much preferred if we were to visit again.

We had a fabulous time in Seattle over the July 4th weekend! And this rental property was the perfect location to enjoy all of the sites and restaurants that Seattle has to offer! The fireworks over Lake Union were just 1.5 mile walk away. Overall it was a perfect stay!

Our group of 5 had a fabulous experience at Ashley and Mike’s condo. It was exactly as listed, extremely clean, spacious and great location. The beds were cozy, even the pull out couch. They are thoughtful with extras in the place with another dining chair in the closet for 5, extra sheets and blankets, great kitchen set up, etc.Communication was easy with a very smooth check in and out.The property amenities are also fabulous with a gorgeous courtyard, rooftop and the gym was huge. Would highly recommend!
