This cozy pad is very near the transit station, some great coffee shops with lots of paces very walkable. The kitchen is well equipped. The pad is small but has everything you need for your stay.

Peter made staying in Boston a breeze! The apartment is just 5 minutes from the subway (the “T”) which was incredibly convenient. Peter was very responsive when we had questions - we had a response within a few minutes most of the time. Highly recommend you stay here for your next visit!

Peter was an excellent host. He was very fast to reply to any of our needs. He was very accommodating. The place was perfect for our 2 day stay prior to cruise. Location was close to train station and many dining options. Small market close by. We would definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely excellent in all aspects. Most importantly for our trip plans is that it was located so close to T (subway) which made our treks into other areas of Boston so easy. Even spent an evening strolling up nearby Broadway Street which was a cool experience, namely the ice cream shop and the donut shop and deli.The place itself was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice unexpected welcoming amenities as well. Check in and check out were both very smooth. The host was welcoming and provided everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Will most definitely book again next time I’m in town.

We had a really nice stay here for 2 nights. The apartment is very clean and cozy. It has a full kitchen with a really nice coffee maker and all the utensils, etc. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. The host is also very responsive.

We loved our stay in Boston. The apartment jad everything we needed and it slept our family of five comfortably. It was clean and well decorated. The location was close to the subway and a quick Uber ride from the airport. It was so convenient to have access to laundry as we were heading to a different destination after Boston and needed to get some laundry done. The communication was great as well. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect spot for us to land, to spend a couple days in the city over school break. Extremely communicative host, very clean and tidy apartment in a quiet building on a quiet street.

Great Location and Service!

Booking was very easy and the owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. Very well kept and in a great location, walking distance to Southie restaurants and the Broadway T stop for easy transportation throughout the city. Stayed with 7 people and everyone was able to stay comfortably. Great spot and would stay again!
