Recreation is all around you and within easy reach. Within two miles, you will find Lodestone Golf Course as well as white water rafting at the Adventure Sports Center. Wisp Resort is less than three miles away and offers skiing, snow tubing, golf, ziplines, disc golf, and more.

You only have to venture a few minutes further to get to marinas, mini golf, restaurants, shops, and arcades.

Be sure to check out the area's state parks while you are here. Deep Creek Lake State Park is a must for summertime fun. They have a sandy beach for swimming, picnic areas, several playgrounds, and miles of hiking trails. Plus, there is a nature center with lots of hands-on exhibits.

Fantastic

This cabin was exactly what I had hoped it was going to be. The location was perfect, secluded enough, but still within reasonable distance of the lake. They are building new cabins around it so during the week it can disrupt you but we didn’t have any issues with the crews. The cabin itself was extreme clean and organized. I look forward to using Taylor Made again in the near future!
