In the midst of the Stubai mountains, centrally located in Neustift, is the holiday home Dorfschmiede (hut atmosphere). A house with rustic, cozy room incl. Tiled stove entirely for you alone, from 4 to 11 people.

The cottage has 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, 2 sleeping couches and an extra bed. 2 double beds can be separated and used as single beds. The holiday home has 1 bathroom incl. Bath / shower / WC, 1 additional WC and 1 extra shower in a bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Free WIFI, a large flat-screen TV with numerous programs and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (filter coffee), etc. are available for free use.

Free private parking is available at the holiday home and there is a ski storage room on site with storage space for ski boots.

Ferienhaus Dorfschmiede is just a 2-minute walk from the village center. It is close to a bakery, shops, restaurants, bars, an indoor pool and a sauna. The Elferlifte Ski Area is 700 meters away and the closest ski bus stop is 100 meters away.

Innsbruck Airport is about 20 km away.

The holiday village Dorfschmiede is a Non smoking house (smoking possibility on veranda).

Great location, cute character house

This was a large house and our family with four kids stayed here for nearly two weeks. It’s perfectly located in between Innsbruck and the Glacier and there are so many things you can do there. The bus stops are really close by and shops are a few minutes walk. Our host was so attentive and helped us with whatever we needed. Please note that there is no laundry or washing machine here.

What a great find. An old Austrian house full of character! 5 individual bedrooms with loads of space and extra beds. A great kitchen area leading to lounge again great communal space.. this house is great for friends or a big family group.. the owners were very helpful and even brought us an apple strudel mid week!!! Altes Haus mit Tradition

Da wir in dem Haus vor 60 Jahren gewohnt haben, haben wir alte Erinnerungen aufgefrischt und mit den Familiennachfolgern viele Gedanken ausgetauscht. Eine besonders herzliche Atmosphäre und Hilfsbereitschaft bei Vermietern möchte ich ausdrücklich betonen.

Fantastic house and host

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Austrian chalet. The house has fabulous big bedrooms and an equally lovely living room and kitchen. Perfect location for a family holiday. The host was so accommodating and extremely helpful. We couldn’t rate this place higher and hopefully will able to return next year.

* Sehr nette Gastgeber, äußerst hilfsbereit und offen. * Uriges, sehr gemütliches und geräumiges Haus, eines der ältesten in Neustift, aber modernisiert und sehr schön eingerichtet. * Bestens geeignet für größere Familien. * Aus der Beschreibung geht nicht ganz eindeutig hervor, dass die beiden Moni-Zimmer miteinander verbunden sind; d.h. 1 Zimmer ist Durchgangszimmer; das hat uns zwar etwas überrascht, aber nicht groß beeinträchtigt. * Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass es nur 1 WC für uns 9 Leute gab, der Gastgeber rüstet hier allerdings zeitnah noch ein 2. WC nach. * Die Schafe und Ziegen hinter dem Haus waren ein Hit bei unseren Kindern! * Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir vom kontinuierlich vorhandenen Heißwasser beim Duschen - nach dem Skifahren in vielen Unterkünften keine Selbstverständlichkeit!

Sehr geehrte Frau B., vielen Dank für Ihre postive Bewertung! Wir haben in der Zwischenzeit nachgerüstet und im Parterre ein weiteres WC installiert. Somit befinden sich im Ferienhaus nun 2 Toiletten, 1 Gemeinschaftsbad mit Dusche und Bad und 1 separate Dusche in einem der Schlafzimmer. Beste Grüße aus dem Stubaital Rebecca Wallner
