12 Wilmington Avenue, Unit 6 - Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier. One of the best locations in Rehoboth Beach for anyone looking to spend their vacation as close to the beach as possible. Located behind the Green Man restaurant, it is just 1/2 block to the beach and the Boardwalk and one block from the numerous shops on Rehoboth Avenue. Renters can park their car in the private lot on arrival and let it sit there all week until they leave, as so much is within walking distance. The efficiency style apartment features one full bathroom, kitchenette, queen size Murphy bed, 1 Double Sleep sofa. Guests provide their own linens unless a linen package is purchased. Unit is cooled by one air conditioning unit.
This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted. No oversized vehicles permitted in the parking lot. The owner provides one on street parking permit for the City of Rehoboth.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $116.00.

You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

The place is clean and exactly as advertised! The location could not be better. Steps from Penny Lane, Rehoboth Ale House, and less than a block from the beach. The room is small, and probably most comfortable for a couple. That said, the three of us had a great time at the beach!
My family of three (myself, my husband John, & or 10 yr old) fit in this space perfectly. This space had everything we needed for our annual beach trip, and plan to return next year. It was private, tucked off the main road; and felt like a real little home away from home.
Clean place and comfortable bed, equipped kitchen. Very cozy. This place was perfect for my husband & I. Great communication with Lauren & Dan. Definitely will stay again!
Location was perfect, just one block from the beach. Walkable to many restaurants and activities. It was a little outdated, but that was okay. Some of the dishes were dirty when we got there, but we brought our own paper products. Parking was tight, but we tried to use our car as less as possible. Would recommend.
Awesome location for all that Rehoboth has to offer. Our goal was to spend most of our time out and about and this rental worked out great! A bit worn in a few areas. Just a note that the rental is actually managed by a real estate company but they were great with communication.
Pictures made the apartment seem bigger than it was in reality. Great location and otherwise good communications with rental agent. Works well for what our intended use was.
Conveniently close to the beach and shops and the boardwalk. There is also a bike shop on the same block. This is my second stay here. It was as great as the first!
Proximity to the Boardwalk and Beach was great. Parking was not ideal as spaces were very limited but we made it work. The apartment was small but clean which suited us as we spent most of our time at the beach.
A comfortable, cozy, clean retreat from the boardwalk adventures. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.Only drawbacks: very few TV channels and the apartment shows some signs of wear. But, the air conditioner worked great and the unit was very clean. Overall, we'd stay again.
The location was absolutely perfect. Between time to the beach and being in the center of everything, we couldn't have asked for a better place for our first time at Rehoboth. The place was clean and the perfect size for the 3 of us. I was pleasantly surprised that the place came with even more kitchen stuff than was listed. We loved it and would absolutely come back.
This property was Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! My partner and I absolutely loves the space. It was in a perfect location, close to everything. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quick get away or extended stay! Five stars all around :)

The unit was clean, comfortable, and really well located, just about a minute block from the beachfront and boardwalk. The customer service was fantadtic, and the property agent went above and beyond to check in on us often before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed.
The only downside is that there was a TV but no cable, channels, or streaming services so the TV was more decorative.
Overall, would come back for a future beach getaway!
This was a good stay. Very close to the board walk and shopping. The room is very small. There is no stove or really anyway to cook anything. There is a microwave and coffee pot. The water pressure is TERRIBLE. Overall, considering the price it was a good stay.
Property was clean and as advertised but with the fees that were added to the advertised price for a 3 day stay I feel it wasn’t worth it. Fees raised the price $100/night in the end bringing the price up to be the same as a Hotel stay that provides free breakfast and a pool.
The costs were listed per night. Actual costs ended up being 196% of listed costs due to required cleaning, insurance, linens.
Great location. Parking was a nightmare.

The Studio apartment served our needs for a 4 day getaway. The location is fantastic, as you can walk everywhere. The place is small and there isn't anywhere to store anything. There were hangers in the bathroom next to the hot water heater, but I wouldn't hang anything there. We used the hooks on the wall by the door. No where to empty suitcases - so it would be tight if you were staying for a week or with kids. I would not recommend more than 2 people. The building is behind a restaurant, so there is no view, but the balcony was pleasant to sit and have coffee. I imagine it may be loud in the summer. We would stay again for a couple days off season.
This property was perfect for the two of us. Close to everything! No need to use your vehicle after your arrival. Forgot to bring something to the beach? No problem with only a two minute walk. Easy Uber ride to Dewey! Nice size refrigerator but no stove. We chose to eat out for breakfast and dinner. Would recommend this property for two people, maybe 3 max. Would definitely stay here again.
This little studio was a perfect three night spot for my daughter and me. The location is fantastic, apartment clean and comfortable. We didn’t mind not having an oven or stove as we never planned to cook in anyway. Of note: we weren’t really able to park in the lot as it was simply too tight. Having the street pass was perfectly fine for us, though. One other thing that might bother some is the apartment is located right next door to a restaurant so it was a little loud at times due to the emptying of recyclables and trash into the dumpster. The restaurant itself is quiet and seemed to close reasonably early so it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely recommend this property.

Good location as far as going to beach and restaurants, but being in between two restaurants was very noisy, very early in the morning. Claims to sleep 4 people, but we could just fit two. Also, no closet or dresser to store clothes. If I was paying $100 per day, that's what I would expect, not $350 per day.
