Thank you for the wonderful review. We're so glad the space felt roomy and spotless, and that the short walk to the pool made things easy during your stay. Good communication matters a lot to us, so it means a great deal to hear that stood out. We'd love to host you again whenever your travels bring you back. The VueStay Team

The condo is near the beach and spacious - plenty of room for people travelling together. It was so nice to be able to be on the boardwalk in less than a minute. One note on location - it is in an area surrounded by hotels, businesses and restaurants, so deliveries (and the noise that comes with them) start early. It also overlooks a busy and popular restaurant (2 of the 3 bedrooms) so there is a significant amount of noise later into the evening. Their walk in is outside and cooks are in and out all day and well into the night. We had multiple problems communicating with the management partner Vue Stay that started with being unable to access the building (we finally were able to get in when another guest shared the access code after they had the same problem) and continued through our short 3 day stay over ongoing issues with the TV's. We were consistently told that things were working, that someone was coming by, but the issue was never resolved. After having experience so many incredible hosts and managers this was surprising and disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear you experienced trouble accessing the building and that the TV issues weren't resolved during your stay, along with the communication gaps that followed. Those shortcomings fall well short of the standard we hold, and we've shared your experience with our management and local team so they can review what happened and how to do better. We're glad the location's proximity to the boardwalk and the spacious layout worked well for your group, and we appreciate you noting the realities of the area's noise patterns so future guests can make an informed choice. We hope you'll give us another chance down the road. The VueStay Team
