Spend the most beautiful days of the year in our stylishly renovated holiday home (80 m², one of two adjoining bungalows + approx. 90 m² of terraces) – located in a spacious Mediterranean garden, directly on the fine sandy beach of the Tyrrhenian Sea, just north of Terracina.

The house is situated directly on a 90-meter-wide, gently sloping sandy beach – perfectly positioned between San Felice Circeo and Terracina (each 8 km away) – approximately 100 km southeast of Rome, along the historic Via Appia.

Comprehensively renovated in 2025, the holiday home now offers a modern, feel-good atmosphere with Mediterranean charm. High-quality wooden fittings in the spacious living area and bedrooms, a newly built masonry kitchen, and warm terracotta flooring throughout the three-meter-high rooms give the house a stylish, welcoming character.

The generous central living space includes a well-equipped kitchen, a long wooden dining table, an open fireplace, wicker chairs, and a cozy sofa. The two bedrooms – ideal for 2 to 4 guests – are adjacent to the living area and each features a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet. The house is equipped with air conditioning.

From the south-facing living room and bedroom, a terrace leads directly into the garden – offering unobstructed views of the greenery and the sea beyond. A special highlight is the 80 m² rooftop terrace, offering a stunning panoramic view over the coastline. A solid stone table with four seats invites you to enjoy unforgettable moments over an aperitif in the evening sun.

The lovingly designed garden, lined with Mediterranean plants and shaded retreats creates an idyllic atmosphere for relaxation. A garden shower offers a refreshing way to rinse off sand after a day at the beach. Access to the beach and sea is directly through the garden gate.

The expansive beach also features a shaded café and a sun lounger rental. Those seeking peace and quiet will find plenty of space – or can retreat to the garden, terraces, or the house itself.
