L'Instant Nadir invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay and the good life, while respecting the peace and quiet of the residence.

✨ The cleaning fee includes:
Cleaning of the accommodation + bed linens + bath towels + bath mat + kitchen towel.

🔐 A security deposit of €500 and a valid form of identification will be required a few days before your arrival to finalise access to the accommodation.
Article 1: Definitions
1.1 Guest: any person staying as part of a reservation.
1.2 Host: the owner or manager of the accommodation hosting the guests.
1.3 Premises: space, accommodation, or property made available for the stay.

Article 2: Maximum Number of Guests
2.1 The maximum number of guests authorised to stay in the accommodation is set at 5 guests. This number includes adults, children, and infants.
2.2 Any additional person beyond this number is prohibited without the Host’s prior consent.

Article 3: Request for an Exception
3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a written request to increase the number of guests may be submitted to the Host at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
3.2 The Host reserves the right to accept or deny this request based on the accommodation’s capacity, local regulations, and availability.

Article 4: Respect for the Premises
4.1 Guests agree to maintain the cleanliness, order, and good condition of the accommodation throughout their stay.
4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited.

Article 5: Penalties for Non-Compliance
5.1 Failure to comply with occupancy limits or the rules regarding respect for the property may result in penalties, including, but not limited to, financial charges, immediate eviction without refund, and/or legal action.

Article 6: Amendments to the Rules
6.1 The Host reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon notification to guests.

Article 7: Acceptance of the Rules
7.1 By making a reservation and staying at the property, guests fully and unconditionally accept these rules.PGJyPgPGJyPgArticle 8: Security DepositPGJyPg8.1 Requirement to Pay: A security deposit is required from all guests prior to check-in. This deposit is intended to cover any damage, loss, or violation of these rules during the stay.PGJyPgPGJyPg8.2 Amount: The security deposit is set at €500 and must be paid no later than 48 hours before the arrival date.

8.3 Refund Conditions: The security deposit will be refunded in full within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that no damage has been found in the accommodation and that all the terms of these rules have been complied with.

8.4 Withholding of the Security Deposit: In the event of damage, loss, or violations of these rules, part or all of the security deposit may be withheld. The Host will provide a detailed inventory report as well as documentation of the costs incurred for repairs, replacements, or additional expenses resulting from non-compliance with these rules.

8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement regarding deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.

These rules have been established to ensure the well-being of everyone and respect for the property. All guests are asked to behave responsibly and respectfully during their stay.

Article 9: Environmental Responsibility and Energy Management
9.1 Environmental Principles: Guests agree to adopt an eco-responsible attitude during their stay, particularly regarding the use of heating, air conditioning, and energy-intensive equipment.

9.2 Prudent Use of Energy: Heating and air conditioning systems must be used reasonably and responsibly. Guests agree to:

Not exceed the recommended temperatures of 20°C in winter and 25°C in summer;
Turn off the heating or air conditioning when away or when windows are open;
Use energy-consuming equipment only when necessary.

9.3 Reducing the Energy Footprint: Travellers are encouraged to limit their energy consumption by turning off lights, electronic devices, and other equipment when they are not in use.

9.4 Sanctions and Penalties: Failure to comply with eco-friendly principles and energy management guidelines may result in financial penalties and/or other sanctions depending on the extent of the observed excess consumption.

9.5 Awareness: The Host agrees to provide guests with all necessary information for the eco-friendly use of the accommodation and to encourage environmentally responsible behaviour.
