This was a Wonderful Stay. The house is beautiful. The Pool and Hot Tub were Amazing! The game room was a big hit! All was as described. The location was near the beach, shopping and a ton of restaurants. We Highly Recommend Twin Palms.Thank you for an Amazing stay!

Perfect Week! We will be back

We loved this home! It was just perfect for our week. So cozy, perfect for our dogs with a fenced in yard and very walkable neighborhood for daily walks. The pool and hot tub was so nice! Would definitely stay here again

Beach getaway

The property was very pleasant to stay in having many comfortable rooms and spaces. I particularly liked the upstairs den. The owners were very responsive to messages and made check in/out easy. Was a little more confusing to get to the beach than I had hoped but we went in the evening so it may be easier to navigate in the day.

Visit for The PLAYERS

We stayed at the house for 3 nights while attending part of The PLAYERS golf event. The location was nice and close to the course. Property was well equipped and clean. Property owner was very responsive to text messages when we needed to connect on anything. Would certainly stay again. Do recommend.

Absolute perfect gem in PV

We traveled in December when it was 55-60 degrees but the heated pool and spa were perfect! The location was great off A1A and close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the events we had at Ponte Vedra club. We are planning to rebook the same house on our next trip. It was a very comfortable place for my husband and I to both work and have separate, comfortable spaces for both of our kids. The sofa and beds were all so comfortable. We truly felt at home. My toddler was DEVASTATED we were leaving. We can’t wait to come back.

Relaxing Getaway with Amazing Pool and Hot Tub

We had an amazing time at the Twin Palms Beach House - Pool! Hottub! Game Room! The pool was a highlight for us, especially with its beautiful night lights. The hot tub was absolutely fabulous and provided a relaxing experience. The location is perfect, being close to public beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The convenience of having TVs in every room was great, and the master bedroom's large shower was a nice touch. The washer and dryer made it convenient for laundry needs. Another plus was the screened-in pool, which kept us bug-free. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

We had a great time at this property! The pool area was smaller than the photos seemed to make it look BUT it worked great for my family of 6. We messaged the host the first day because the pool was chilly and they made sure to turn up the heater and the water was perfect the next day! Communication with the host was excellent! Very quick to respond and helpful! Neighborhood seems like it was really nice at one point but definitely has some run down houses now. With that being said we still felt very safe the entire time and the location was wonderful! 10 min to Jax beach and 15 min to St Johns Towne Center. My kids 3 to 11 LOVED the game room in the garage. We had Millies icecream one night and would definitely recommend going there. The living room and couch is perfect for a movie night with kids! The house was definitely cleaner than my house is with 4 kids, however it was not spotless by any means. It didnt bother us much, but could see where some of the areas might bother others. Overall we had a great time at this property and would recommend it!

Disappointing

The pool area actually saved the weekend for us. I had indicated that we had 6 adults and four children giving their ages. The sleeping arrangements were not at all adaquate for our group. We made do with three teenage boys sleeping head to toe on the sofa. Also , there were little supplies for this group. There were 6 plates ,etc and no supplies. I spent moneyon paper plates ,napkins, and cleaning supplies.There were no paper towels , garbage bags, cleaning products. We have been used to better amenities at Vrbo.Also the neighborhood was not very comfortable for us.

We have all of our beds and maximum guest count very clearly laid out under sleeping arrangements. It can fit up to 13 people but it by no means has 13 separate beds for each person. I encourage anyone looking to book to read through the sleeping arrangements that list out all of our beds, bedrooms and living spaces. All of our pictures are also accurate. It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a loft. This guest never contacted us but if they did I would have told them where to find the cleaning supplies and other items. We have boxes and boxes of toilet paper and paper towels in the garage for guests to use. We also have well over 6 plates in the house. This is the first negative comment I have ever gotten about the neighborhood. It is very homey feeling and safe with families in almost every house. It is one of the most desired neighborhoods in the beaches area.

Our kids had a blast in the pool while we parents relaxed in the hot tub and our dog got to roam in the large fenced in yard!
