Here’s a more personalized version based on the property and location:We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully remodeled apartment in downtown Kingston. The location is truly special, with a peaceful view from the back porch overlooking where the Clinch River meets the Tennessee River. Enjoying our morning coffee by the water was one of the highlights of the trip. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was inviting, and the queen bed was very comfortable. Having large smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom was also a nice touch. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Kingston, nearby restaurants, shops, the city park, and walking trails. It is also an excellent home base for exploring Watts Bar Lake and the surrounding area.Communication and check-in were easy, and the entire stay was relaxing and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a couples getaway, fishing trip, or peaceful weekend by the lake.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this property. It is beautifully decorated and has a balcony that overlooks the lake. You are just steps away from a 4-mile trail that follows along the shore and past a rebuilt 1700s fort. The bed is very comfortable. There are two TVs with streaming. All of the kitchen supplies are modern and nice. Where you park is very close to your doorstep. It is close to amenities in Kingston and to Interstate 40 which takes you to Knoxville and other places. I would recommend it to anyone.

Thank you, so much, for your return visits. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We do hope you come see us again, next time you are in town.
Great location and perks provided by an excellent host. Very responsive to questions and requests and went above and beyond regular locations we've been at in the past. Only downside was traffic noise from a very busy road.

This is just a lovely place to stay I'd rent it again in a minute. Everything is extremely well thought out. It's quite small, but everything is here that anybody could possibly need. The host and hostess are wonderful. It's very convenient to lots of things. The parking lot's a bit snug but usable

The photos are 100% accurate of the inside. There were no pictures of outside when we pulled up we were a little taken aback. But we would definitely rent again inside was beautifully remolded the back porch view of the lake was stunning. The Badgers were extremely responsive. Very centrally located for our needs. Also a nice touch of having a snack basket and waters in the fridge and a nice welcome note on the chalkboard. Thank you!!

Beautiful view of Watts Bar, we enjoyed walking path by the lake. We stayed here while hiking in the area, good location for that. I had hoped there were a few more dining choices closer, but not too bad just a short drive. Property was very clean and comfortable for 2 people.
We stayed at the Badger Inn for a weekend wedding and were so incredibly pleased with our stay. The unit is tastily decorated with so many little extras to make us comfortable. The host was very communicative, the bed was very comfortable, and it was wonderful to be able to take a walk around the lake in the brisk air just outside our door.

What a great stay! Clean, comfortable and a beautiful view of the lake. We were a long term stay due to a work assignment and the owner was very warm, welcoming and responsive. The property was close to everything—restaurants, shopping and just a short drive to Knoxville. We will rent again, looking forward to returning!

We stayed here for a 2 night overnight weekend in the area for an event and it was a great place to get some sleep and just relax after working on our show. The view was gorgeous off the patio once the fog cleared up. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!
