The Space:

Sometimes the best trips are the simplest ones—walks to the beach, coffee on the deck, and your dog happily roaming a fenced-in yard. That’s exactly what you’ll find here.



This relaxed, single-level cottage is designed for easy living, with three bedrooms, two full baths, and a bright office/sunroom that’s perfect for slow mornings or a quiet moment to yourself. The kitchen flows right into the dining space and out to the back deck, where you’ll find outdoor seating and a flat-top grill ready for summer dinners.



Out back, the fully fenced yard makes it easy to bring the whole crew—kids and pups included. There’s a fire pit for evenings under the stars, plus space to unwind after a day at the lake.



And speaking of the lake… it’s just a 10-minute walk to 1st Street Beach, where you can have your toes in the sand before you’ve even finished your coffee. Downtown South Haven is a quick bike ride or drive, and just up the street you’ll find a local berry farm—perfect for a mid-morning adventure or a fresh pint to take home.

The house was well maintained and very comfortable. We had a slight issue but TA came from maintenance to repair the issue. He was very professional and prompt. Highly recommended!

Charming Cottage great yard and deck

The property is well cared for, very clean and charming. The yard and deck was really nice for moring coffee and evening chats outside. The beds do need updating as they were sunk in. The location to the beach was a longer walk than we expected especially if you are walking with small kids and beach gear. But we would recommend cottage!

Perfect Beach home getaway from the city

We had a wonderful stay at "Paris can wait" and found it to fit all of our needs. We have 1 year old boys that pack and plays fit in the bunk room and my husband loved the front office space for when he needed to jump on a quick call. Our dog loved the doggie door and we all enjoyed the yard, just lovely! Walk to the beach was fairly easy and even with a bit of steps to get the beach, it was worth it. Great to have an almost private beach! We will for sure be coming back!

One suggestion is to provide detailed instructions on the trash. Would have been happy to put it out but couldn't figure out the correct day. Well stocked kitchen equipment. Quiet street. Very nice! Thanks so much!

Fabulous Fall Getaway

As soon as we walked in the house, it was cozy and very clean. The fenced in backyard was was wonderfully landscaped and perfect for a relaxing morning with coffee! While it was raining, the dining room was great for board games! It was a wonderful experience, thank you for such a special space for our family.
