Huge, immaculate walk to beach home with bikes and fenced yard! Pets ok!

Welcome home to our roomy and comfortable 3 bed, 2 bath home on a double lot with fenced in yard. We provide a fully stocked modern kitchen with stainless appliances, granite and every tool you need. We have bikes for the whole family and a trailer for your little ones as well as a wagon and ride on toys! The king master with adjoining bath on the first floor is perfect for those who don't want to deal with stairs making the house ideal for multi generational vacation families. Upstairs you will find two more HUGE bedrooms: a king bedroom, a queen plus 2 x twin bedroom and a hall bath. In the fully fenced and totally private yard you will find a hammock, fire pit, propane gas grill, picnic table, chairs, umbrella on the deck and patio. Grab the bags game (in garage) or ladder toss-there is SO much space on the double lot, all fenced in for your privacy! Your well behaved pet is welcome too (notify at time of booking, with pet fee).

Saturday to Saturday in peak season, 7 night minimum rental.

FAQ answers: Check in is 3pm, Check out is 10am. BEACH TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. Coffee pot is traditional-coffee provided, located in the freezer. Laundry, hand and dish soap, all provided. Bike lock with bikes. Firewood available at gas stations.

Beautiful, well kept house. The huge fenced in back yard was perfect for the kids to play in. Very nice patio area for eating outdoors. Even the grill was clean!Kids corner is just an 8 min. walk.

Absolutely gorgeous! My family has been vacationing in South Haven for 13 years and by far this has been a home away from home. The owners have definitely put much forethought with all of the amenities from a stocked kitchen to a bike for every age group. We will definitely be back. Best Vacay Rental Experience

This is our 3rd house we have rented in South Haven. We love to cook and it is well outfitted for that. Plenty of comfortable seating for our annual family gathering. Lots of outdoor accessibility as well. The AC did a great job on this hot week. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very easy to communicate with when we had questions.Pleasant neighborhood & neighbors. Dog friendly. We will definitely be back.

Quick trip to Michigan for our son's wedding.

Very nice property with plenty of room inside and out. Instructions and information were posted around the house that were useful. Not exactly within walking distance of any of the beaches, but overall a very nice place.

Peaceful and beautiful

Location was a bit farther from the downtown bustle which is ideal in the midsummer months. Beautiful location close to the lake and bike trails/walking distance to downtown and the best yard you can imagine for relaxing. Inside, you don't often find a home so well appointed for relaxing with great accommodations from the bed to lighting to room for eveyone!

We are experienced owner/property managers with other properties in town. We are in town most weekends but only a phone call away to answer any questions you might have.

Why they chose this property

NamaStay was a model home and People's Choice Parade of Homes winner in 2008. Built as a model for the Everett Park Development, we are excited about the positive changes the new homes bring to the neighborhood. Every room in the house is spacious and uncluttered. It is a comfortable, clean and easy to love!

What makes this property unique

The home is one block from the Kal Haven Trail, 4 blocks to Kids Corner Park and 5 blocks to South Beach. Town is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride. Lake Michigan is only blocks away-enjoy the unobstructed lake breeze! The house faces a large not yet built subdivision called Trailside. The neighborhood is up and coming, where 100 year old organ factories are converted into ultra modern, loft condominiums (one block from the house). Come check out what the buzz is about!
