Great place to stay…close to the water, South Haven and Saugatuck. House very roomy and clean. Highly recommend staying here.

This is our second time staying at Frankie‘s place. Both times we’ve stayed for one week and have enjoyed the area. It has great access to Lake Michigan on a private beach for that neighborhoods association. It allows you to enjoy Lake Michigan without crowds. The house is well furnished and stocked. Every time we needed something we found it.We plan to stay here again next year and would highly recommend it.

Nice long weekend spot

Frankie's Place accommodated our two families perfectly. The property is a close drive to town and the main beaches. The fire pit and hot tub were great ways to relax after a day of exploring. My husband loved the screened in porch to enjoy outside bugfree. The property management team was excellent and super helpful!

All the amenities of home!

Frankie’s Place is a great property, walking distance to a beautiful lake view complete with sunsets! The tram down to the lake was a fun addition. It took us awhile to find the tram, so directions for that could’ve been a little better.

Very nice house

This house was newer and everything was very clean. Fire pit was great. Kitchen fully stocked. Love the decor. Plenty of room. I would highly recommend it.

Long weekend

We enjoyed our long weekend at Frankie’s Place. My husband instructed at Gingerman Race track and the rest of the family enjoyed South Haven. My husband grew up in Saugatuck/Holland so it was nice to be back in West Michigan. The house was perfect! It was well stocked. Parking allowed my husband to park his truck and car trailor. It was a nice walk to see the lake. Highly recommend Frankie’s Place!!!

Nice place

The house was really clean and nice. Great space and good location. It was close to the beaches and downtown South Haven. It was on a dirt road and we were not made aware that there was major construction going on. Big trucks hauling dirt and stone on both sides of the house from early in the morning through the day. The whole side of the bluffs were torn up and being worked on. The other side of the tram was very pretty though.

The beds were terrible. Some of the family left early because of it. We rent all the time and have never had beds this bad. They did not tell us the hot tub was not working or that the road fell on to part of the beach.

Very Clean and Very Organized

We really enjoyed our stay here. This home is well furnished with practically everything you may need. From charge cords, scotch tape, lighters, ect. This rental has beach access using the electric trolley which takes you down to the beach just one road north of this house. The key to operate the trolley was hanging on a hook by the front door. Nice yard, great HVAC system. Grill, backyard fireplace. They are in the middle of rebuilding the beach cliff with large rocks so that can get pretty loud during the day. Nicely set up for separate family groups to vacation together.

Beautiful place & beautiful location!

Our family of 6 stayed for a week. It was a wonderful property, beautifully kept, near the water and within a short drive to all sorts of adventures. Thank you for a lovely time. P.S. Host provided enough paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags for our crew for the week! Unexpected, but nice!
