Authenticity for this mid-mountain village, nestled between peaks, forests, lakes and rivers. At the entrance to the village, 108 m² apartment located on the ground floor of the owners' house and adjoining the 57842 gite. It is composed as follows: - Entrance - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 160x200 cm with private shower room/WC - 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 160x200 cm - 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 70x190 cm - Shower room/WC - WC Access to the gite is via a staircase of about fifteen steps - Enclosed garden shared by both gites - 22 m² terrace adjoining the living room - 27 m² covered terrace accessible by a few steps - Garden furniture - Relaxation lounge - 4 sun loungers - Electric plancha - 3 free parking spaces in front of the house - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Fireplace (wood provided) - Television in the living room and in the 2 double bedrooms - Wi-Fi - Hairdryer - Beds made on arrival
