Villa Sonni - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

Villa Sonni has a modern interior. There is room for six people in three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. The other two have a large bathroom with shower. Everything is nicely finished. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, large oven, microwave, a dishwasher and more. The living room has a sofa couch and armchairs. There is a large plasma flat-screen TV. The air conditioning chase the heat away, if necessary. From the living room is access to the spacious terrace with a large dining table with chairs. Here one can enjoy a wonderful meal with family or friends.
Because the villa is on top of the hill Puig Sec, there is always a vista. Upstairs is a roof terrace which has a panoramic view over the sea and muntanya Montgó. In the backyard is the private pool with terrace. There is a lounge garden furniture set and a canopy against the sun. There is access from the terrace upstairs or from a door in the living room.
Final cleaning is mandatory. The room must be swept clean, the garbage in the designated rubbish containers and bins must be empty. Refrigerator and freezer must be empty and cleaned.
