Nett eingerichtet, aber nicht sauber

Ansich ist die Wohnung schön eingerichtet und die Lage mit naher Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch super. Wohnung bei Ankunft in einem schlechten Zustand was die Sauberkeit angeht. Die Bettwäsche schmutzig und fleckig. Auf allen Deckenventilatoren war cm Dick Staub.Beim einschalten wurde der Staub in den Zimmern verteilt. Geschirr von den Vorgängern noch Dreckig im Schrank gestanden. In einem der Zimmer roch es modrig. Kameras in der Wohnung. Terasse bei Ankunft schmutzig.

déception

Le logement était correct, mais nécessiterait un peu de rénovation. Dysfonctionnement de la piscine durant notre séjour ( la pompe en marche vidait la piscine) , impossible à utiliser pendant 2 jours, avec de nombreuses interventions des techniciens.Le deuxième "petit" réfrigérateur de la cuisine ne pouvait pas se fermer donc inutilisable. l'agence de Interhome de Empuriabrava nous a dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire, de nous adresser au propriétaire...interêt de passer par une agence ????

Soweit war alles vorhanden. Sehr gute Ausstattung in der Küche an Geschirr usw. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Das Haus ist etwas abseits vom Ort gelegen. Ca. 4 km zum Strand. Ruhige Gegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke. Pool ok. Etwas für uns verbautes Haus nach altem Standard. 2. Badezimmer ganz klein mit Toilette und Dusche. Kaum Platz, kein Waschbecken. Dafür im Schlafzimmer ein Waschbecken. Einfahrt für Autos viel zu eng. Parken muss man auf der Straße. Solide aber kein Luxus.

C'était très bien

Très bon contact avec l'agence InterHome qui est très réactif en cas de soucis. La villa était vraiment très agréable, propre et entretenue, une personne chargée du nettoyer la piscine venait une fois par semaine, la maison était bien équipée (peut-être un frigo plus grand aurait été judicieux) mais le reste vraiment parfait.
