110 E. Harbor #8 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo at the Gran Acqua Condominiums. The condo features a bright and spacious kitchen, dining and living room area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and dish ware for you and your guests to enjoy delicious home cooked meals. The living room provides ample seating with a comfortable sofa in front of a large flat screen TV. Just off the living and dining area you have access to your private 3rd floor terrace. The terrace features an outdoor dining table and has partial ocean views! After a long day in the sun, cool off in the community swimming pool or soak in the hot tub!

You and your guests have the choice between two master bedrooms or a 3rd guest bedroom. The first master bedroom features a King size bed with flat screen TV and attached private bathroom. The second master bedroom entails a King bed, flat screen TV and attached private bathroom as well. The third bedroom in the condominium has a set of bunk beds with a Twin top and Full size bottom bed, plus a single Twin, sleeping 4 guests total. The guest bedroom also has a flat screen TV and is located directly next to the 3rd bathroom, located in the hallway.

Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart!

Every stay at 110 E. Harbor #8 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Place was spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach. It has a pool, but we never used it. It is located close to a bunch cool stores and restaurants. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the location of this condo and the 3 bedroom 3 bath layout. The parking was really nice. I was worried about everyone using the shower at the same time and not having enough hot water for everyone but that was not the case….we had plenty of hot water. We loved the little welcome box with dish soap, sponge, dishwasher and laundry pods. We were also pleasantly surprised at how easy check out was. The things we think need improvement: the bed frames and mattresses, kitchen utensils, could use a few plastic storage containers, a couple more comfy chairs for living room area. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would rent from SPI rentals again.

The location and condition of this unit cannot be beat. In addition to being clean and well maintained, the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and attractive. The SPI Rental team were beyond courteous when I contacted them. I cannot express how grateful my family and I are with them. Please give them a call and ask about this beautiful condo on your next trip to South Padre Island. We are already planning our next vacation and will definitely stay here!

Nice unit, clean and equipped. Loved the distribution. Very comfortable. The third floor does represent a challenge when climbing luggage and cooler. Aspects to improve: The washer and dryer didn't worked well and made noise when working. One of the bathrooms was not working properly and the pool spa didn't turn on during our stay. Overall, we had food resting days during our stay on this unit.

Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de todo, farmacia, tiendas, restaurantes. La cocina esta muy bien equipada. Dos recamaras con su propio baño y el tercero tambien tiene su propio baño solo que afuera del cuarto, tambien terraza amplia. Lo unico es que esta en el tercer piso muy cansado al momento de subir equipaje y a la salida igual y no funciona el hot tube del area de la alberca y no hay asador. Todo lo demas perfecto.
