Welcome to Mission Accomplished hosted by Jason and Kristen Sims. The Sims family reside in Chattanooga TN and fell in love with St. Joe Beach on their first visit in the summer of 2021. With hard work and a passion for breathing life into older homes, the Sims completed a full renovation of this 3800 sq ft beachfront home in December of 2021, accomplishing their mission of making a beautiful place to make memories with family and friends for years to come.
Why they chose this property
This property is so unique! It is one of the few beachfront homes that survived Hurricane Michael in 2018 with minimal damage. It is one of the few homes with a full 3 floors and is not up on stilts due to its position above sea level, so you can walk directly out of the first floor to your private boardwalk to the beach.
With 3 full floors, several living spaces and an open layout it is perfect to host multiple families and ensure everyone has room.
The owner is a designer and artist so the home has high end furnishes and finishes and all of the artwork, including a 6x8 oil painting of a boat, is painted by the owner.
