Love the house! It’s a small neighborhood which is close to the beach and has a community pool. The house has plenty of room. It definitely let us enjoy our vacation!

This place is beautiful. Convenient to beach and lots of options for dining available near by. It’s on our list to revisit on our next trip to Mexico Beach. You won’t be disappointed with this rental. Having washer and dryer is fantastic!!

This was a great rental for us - an up to date and clean cottage, very well stocked, with a great location for beach access. Everything in the description was accurate. We would definitely consider renting this unit again and have nothing negative to report. It was a great stay.

Quiet location, close to the beach, well supplied with coffee, soaps, shampoo. Tim’s was very responsive. Definitely would stay again!

Property was the perfect size for a good vacation getaway. Not too much to keep up with. Met all of our needs and was very clean. Had comfortable furniture and beds. Host promptly responded to our questions. Our family had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Enjoyed our stay. Nothing negative to say. More a suggestion of there not being access to cleaning supplies. There was a broom, and dish soap and soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. But nothing to spray down table or counters or a mop if something spilled. Had to go out and buy that stuff. But that’s not a super huge deal. Easy to get in with instructions and beach right across the street. Would stay here again if given the chance.
