About this property

Newly renovated and tastefully furnished apartment in the royal Villa Berchtesgaden. The villa is located in the heart of Berchtesgaden with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain panorama.
The city center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and in addition to historical buildings also offers numerous shops (supermarket, drugstore, banks, bakery) and restaurants.

Live like Prince Regent Ludwig once! The approximately 35 m² apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the Royal Villa Berchtesgaden.
The historic building was commissioned by the Bavarian King Maximilian II and designed by the architect Ludwig Lange and completed in 1853.
The apartment has a tastefully furnished bedroom with box spring bed and a very large wardrobe. There is also a spacious living / dining area with a kitchenette, dining table, satellite TV and sofa (with sofa bed function for 2 people).
The small kitchenette has a 2-burner hob, refrigerator and various electrical appliances.
In addition to a bathroom with bathtub (shower curtain available), sink and toilet, the apartment also includes free parking spaces directly in front of the property, as well as a lockable cellar room for storing ski equipment, bicycles and luggage.

Berchtesgaden is located in the heart of the breathtaking Berchtesgaden Alps. The area offers great variety and a natural spectacle worth seeing.
In addition to a wide range of hiking and sports activities and spectacular mountain tours, guests will find many excursion options. The world-famous Königsee, the Watzmann massif, the Obersalzburg or the cultural metropolis Salzburg are in the vicinity.

The apartment offers parking in front of the door.
Public transport (buses) can of course be used, for example for trips to Salzburg, Königsee or the Obersazberg.
The best way to explore the center of Berchtesgaden is on foot.

Herrliches Urlaubsdomizil

Sehr ruhig idyllisch und doch ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt gelegen. Alles bestens. Schöne neue Einrichtung, Küche perfekt eingerichtet.

Toller erholsamer Urlaub

Eine sehr ruhige und trotzdem zentral gelegene Wohnung, mit guter Ausstattung in der alten Gästeresidenz des Schlosses. Parkplatz für das Auto direkt am Objekt und praktischer abschließbarer Fahrradkeller im Haus .Innenstadt sehr leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.

Plenty of Room

We stayed for two weeks, and had an enjoyable visit. The apartment is well equipped, and the Property Manager Sonja is helpful and responsive, and is just a phone call away. Each morning you wake up to the view of The Watzman, and the center of the town is a short walk away. Assigned parking spot!
