    A wonderful trip to a beautiful part of the world!

    We had a wonderful time staying in Berchtesgaden in this home. It was perfect for us as a couple away in what was my second time visiting this area of the world. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. Would definitely stay with them again!

    Relaxing stay

    The apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean, and well-located. It’s also very complete, especially the kitchen. Mr. Weindl is very friendly and helpful.

    The house was well equipped and very clean. Toiletries and bath supplies were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is superb! We would love to come back and stay here for sure.

    Spacious house with a very nice view

    We had a wonderful week in this spacious house. The view on the mountains is very nice. In the house you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The owners, who live in the same building, are very kind and helpfull and can give you a lot of information about the area. Very good place to make nice trips in the beautiful Berchtesgadener Land, without having to travel a lot.

    Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt als sehr angenehm erlebt. Die Wohnung war hervorragend ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und für den Alltag benötigt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Aussicht vom Balkon, vor allem für alle, die Berglandschaften schätzen. Trotz geschlossener Fenster war der Straßenverkehr leicht wahrnehmbar, was uns jedoch nicht wesentlich gestört hat. Eine sehr schöne und unerwartete Erfahrung war die Begegnung mit unserem Host, der uns und insbesondere meinen beiden Söhnen die Möglichkeit gegeben hat, beim Füttern der Rinder mitzuhelfen. Das war für uns ein besonderes Erlebnis, das wir in guter Erinnerung behalten werden. Der Abreisetag hat unseren Gesamteindruck jedoch deutlich geprägt. Obwohl ein Checkout bis 11 Uhr angegeben war, wurden wir gebeten, die Unterkunft bereits gegen 9:45 Uhr zu verlassen, da nachfolgende Stamm-Gäste anreisen sollten. Unsere eigene Weiterreise war allerdings auf die ursprünglich kommunizierte Zeit abgestimmt, sodass sich daraus eine herausfordernde Situation ergab. Wir haben versucht, uns zeitlich entgegenkommend zu zeigen, hatten dabei jedoch den Eindruck, dass wenig Spielraum für eine gemeinsame Lösung bestand. Die Begründung, dass die nachfolgenden Gäste Vorrang hätten, war für uns schwer nachzuvollziehen, ebenso wie die knappe Reaktion auf unseren Hinweis zu unserer geplanten Abreise. In diesem Moment hätten wir uns etwas mehr Verständnis und Flexibilität gewünscht.

    Wenn du vom Balkon den Blick auf den Watzmann genießen willst, wenn du dich über Frühstückssemmeldienst der netten Gastgeber freust, wenn du (auch) Spitzweg als Wandschmuck magst...dann bist du hier richtig!Du bist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt, und wenn du weiter weg möchtest - was sich auch sehr empfiehlt - liegt die Bushaltestelle gegenüber und ist der Bahnhof zu Fuß bequem auf einem Abkürzungsweg zu erreichen. Dein Auto kannst du während deiner Urlaubstage ruhig geparkt lassen! Bahnhof

    Besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können

    Die Buchung erfolgte kurzfristig, gesucht war ein Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen im Umfeld von Berchtesgaden-Salzburg. Die Beschreibung des Objekts im Inserat war eher knapp. Vorgefunden haben wir eine sehr geräumige, mit viel Liebe zum Detail vollständig und komfortable eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die für Aufenthalt und Selbstversorgung keine Wünsche offenließ (einschl. einer tollen Küchenausstattung, Büchern, Spielen, außerdem guten Betten), und die günstig am Rande von Berchtesgaden liegt. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter (die ebenfalls im Haus wohnen) war sehr freundlich und der Kontakt war sehr angenehm und problemlos. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut und wir würden bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Berchtesgaden jederzeit wiederkommen.

    Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

    Die Wohnung ist wirklich komplett mit allem was man brauchen kann ausgestattet. Ein toller Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Berge und den Watzmann. Mit dem Bus nur wenige Schritte entfernt am Haus der Berge kommt man kostenlos in die Stadt, zum Königssee und nach Bad Reichenhall. Für wenige Euro mehr geht es per Bus auch nach Salzburg.

    Wohnung ist sauber übergeben worden, alles Erdenkliche war vorhanden, inkl pfeffer und salz 😉 Einzig Steckdosen sind an sonderbaren orten, aber es gibt viele Dreifachdosen, die wir verpflanzt haben, also kein Problem. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns auch super beraten. Die Innenstadt mit Bäcker usw ist fussläufig erreichbar. Supermärkte sind 5 Autominuten entfernt.

    Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Toplage mit ausgesprochen netten Gastgebern

    Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollen Ausblick. In dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung ist wirklich Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns sogar jeden Morgen mit frischen Brötchen versorgt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Man ist in wenifen Minuten zu Fuss in der Innenstadt. Jerderzeit gerne wieder.

    Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht

    Sehr gemütliche große Wohnung. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Perfekte Ausgangslage für Touren aller Art. Einziges Manko ist die Parksitution. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

    Gute Erholung!

    Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut (toller Sonnenbalkon!), ebenso die Ausstattung und nicht zu vergessen die äußerst aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Gasteltern! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! :-)
