The home was beautiful and the amenities were amazing. We spent our days at local beach and returned to the house to enjoy the pool and hot tub in the evening. It was everything we wanted in our vacation. Hope to return someday. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Our stay was wonderful. The home is beautifully decorated. The furniture was comfortable, and the host has thought of everything. From games and toys for little ones to every gadget imaginable in the kitchen. My family and I had an awesome vacation here and look forward to returning again. The host was extremely helpful and very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this home for your next family gathering or vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming waterfront home. Impeccably clean and decorated beautifully! Even a Christmas tree to make it feel extra cozy and at home! Rita was great in her communication and the peacefulness and serenity was just what we needed. Only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home in the center of everything

Our host was absolutely amazing and very responsive. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed for a memorable stay. Golf is nearby as well as the beach and many other places. We will definitely be staying here again!

Spring getaway

Everything about this wonderful home away from home suited our every want and need. Location is a convenient drive to shopping and restaurants. The home and property itself was very clean, well decorated and inviting. Only downfall was no access to garage for storage of outdoor recreational equipment.

Time with family

Had a wonderful time while staying in this lovely home. Everything was perfect! We loved hanging by the pool, and having morning coffee on the dock watching the fish jump out of the water. The house had everything you could need while away, and Rita was a great host. We will definitely be back.

Excellent accommodations!

Beautiful house, excellent decor. Everything we needed was there. I was surprised and impressed with the amount of towels that were provided. That makes a difference especially with our family and particularly with a pool and hot tub. Highly recommend this house and Host.

It was a beautiful home. 4th bedroom is a daybed attached to the master. Good if you have kids. Had everything we needed for cooking as well! Rita was very helpful and quick with responding. Definitely recommend this property

Great getaway!

House was great! Very relaxing! Rita was very helpful and answered any questions we had! Pool and hot tub were heated and we used them a lot since the weather wasn’t great. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice and clean. My family enjoyed Thanksgiving at this home. If we come back to this area, we will definitely book this house again!

Very comfortable!

Booked this house for our family get together. The house was big enough to accommodate us all comfortably. We utilized the pool a bunch. We also brought our boat and docked it out back which was very convenient. There is a beach and Publix not far from the house. We cooked a lot (which the house had more than expected to accommodate meal cooking) but did go out to JTs for dinner one night and Rodies for breakfast one morning which I would recommend, both were great! The only thing I would prepare for is the $3 toll you have to pay every time you head towards the beach. We had a great stay and were all very sad to leave. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be booking again. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful waterfront home & spectacular view!!

This place is truly special! Our stay was perfect and incredibly accommodating for fun and family time!! The place was everything described and so much more! It was clean and had all the essentials we needed to prepare dinner for the family. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The living room was spacious and there were board games available for us to play at night. The house had everything we needed for our little ones, from a portable crib, highchair, toys and even a baby monitor. Our family certainly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. There were even pool towels available for us to use and plenty of pool toys to keep the kiddos happy. The canal view in the back was breathtaking and became my favorite spot!! Just sitting on the dock in the late afternoon, enjoying the flying fish and occasional dolphin sighting. It was very peaceful! The location is perfect. We were just 10 minutes from Mala Compra Beach, James Holland Park and St Augustine was just 30 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet, and there was easy access to a walking trail. Rita, our host, was so kind and quickly responded to any of our questions. She even left us a thoughtful welcome basket, which topped our stay off! I would highly recommend this place and we look forward to coming back the first chance we get!

Perfect for our Elopement!

The property was perfect for myself & spouse, and our 5 friends for our elopement! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, lounge around and get ready the morning of the wedding! The hot tub and pool were amazing after long days of exploring St. Augustine & the dock was a hit with the guys! Everything was accurate with the listing and super clean!

Great Getaway for our kids before school starts

Our experience at the house 🏠 was beyond expectations amazing the pictures online does this house no justice. We arrived to a clean refreshing beautiful home and a nice complimentary basket that was very thoughtful, that we enjoyed to the fullest. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and dock for fishing 🎣 our stay was so relaxing. The hostess Mrs. Rita was very attentive to anything we needed, great communication, we had clean rooms and spacious kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals. We wanted to stay longer and will definitely want to book this place again. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation 😊 my family made beautiful memories🥰.
