Bring your Boat, Jetski and Fishing gear! This unique and one of a kind modern home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths enough to entertain the entire family just with the water views alone. Home attributes a formal living room and dining room with scenic views to the dock and waterway. Kitchen entails custom cabinets, Quartz counter tops, modern stainless-steel appliances, built in breakfast nook and a spacious butler’s pantry with ambient sky lights and modern lighting. Spacious family room has casual sectional seating with a beautiful wood burning fireplace to set the mood. Located on the first floor, a convenient electric and energy efficient washer and dryer in house. Also located on the first floor is the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and custom California closet. Pets welcome - Maximum of 2 dogs (50 lbs or less), NO CATS (Owner is allergic to both, extra cleaning fee may be charged for pet hair and dander) $300 1st pet fee and $250 for each additional pet.
If a pet fee is not included at the time of your booking, a flat dog fee of $550 will be added upon your arrival.
BOAT HOUSE/DOCK DISCLAIMER:
Boats are welcome. The boat lift is not available for use. Boats can be tied off to the side of the dock. Trailers cannot be stored on driveway/grass. Garage is NOT available for storage.

Fabulous house for our multi-generational family. They thought of everything as far as stocking the house with more than ample supplies like dishes, cooking pots, paper supplies,etc. The screened in lanai was the best place in the house--so cool being on the water, comfy couches and beautiful view. Our favorite spot. It was nice to see the great condition of the furniture, especially the outside chairs which tend to get weathered. Family enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and the kitchen was beautiful with lots of counter space. Just can't say enough about this house, and communication with host was great. We definitely will plan to stay there again.

Great Family Getaway

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful 2-week stay here with our 5 kids. The house was even more spacious and beautiful than we expected. For the first two days I literally walked around randomly exclaiming, “This place is fantastic!” The pool and hot tub were perfect, too. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

This home worked great for our annual Florida vacation!! Lots of room for everyone to sleep. The kids loved the canal and the pool. We spent one whole day just at the house swimming and relaxing. It's about a 40 minute drive to go St Augustine and Daytona.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This property was a dream come true for our family! It had everything we could ask for in a vacation home. The spacious, clean, and well-equipped layout was perfect for both gathering together and finding a quiet retreat. The pool, breathtaking view, and outdoor living areas were simply incredible. We loved fishing off the dock and kayaking, too! We can't wait to return next year.

Amazing!!! This is a must!

This property was everything we imagined and more. There was tons of room inside and out. The kitchen was very well stocked — we cooked our Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed. Kayaking in the canals was so fun and all shops and restaurants were within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend and would stay again. .
