About this property

New, modern vacation home***** Close to the sea - quiet location with pool - pure nature

The house, which is rated with five stars, is in a very quiet location near the forest and an olive plantation. It is only 3 km from the center of the city of Pula and 2 km from the pebble beach, which can be reached in a few minutes by bike or car.
On approximately 120 m² of living space, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen (fridge with ice maker, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, spice bar, etc.) and a large living room and dining room in the winter garden. All rooms are equipped with WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, sun and insect protection. There is a built-in safe for your valuables.
Let the day begin with the chirping of the birds, enjoy the 800 m² garden, the swimming pool (prepared with sodium chloride) with massage jets and the solar shower. Or they can be sprinkled using the existing stereo system (USB, Bluetooth, CD, radio).
The 120 m² covered terrace has a charcoal grill, a large dining table with two benches, a wonderful Hollywood swing and a hammock. There is also a carport for three vehicles and six rental bicycles.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The idyllic location and well-maintained appearance immediately impressed us upon arrival. The house itself is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cool outside Pool. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful garden, which invited us to linger.

What a delight . We had such a lovely time at the Villa , Bono and his wife were there to greet us upon arrival and show us around a raise a glass . They were also on hand anytime if you needed them and were kind and generous . The villa had more than we were expecting , little touches that made a difference . The pool was refreshing after a days sightseeing and the kitchen and bbq had all you need to enjoy a good meal on the terrace .The villa is in a quiet location but within easy reach of beaches and the larger town of Pula . We enjoyed the town and the colosseum but our favourite resort was Fazana , about 20 mins drive up the coast . Also a nice day visit is Rovinj about 40 mins drive , beautiful architecture around a lovely sea port . The local kayak hire was a great morning adventure with coasteering and snorkeling . Would highly recommend This area of Croatia and this Villa and its owners couldn’t have been better hosts to a memorable holiday .

Fantastic holiday home

Property was immaculately clean, the hosts greeted us and showed us round the place and gave us a great overview of all the features and amenities. Lots of lovely touches and attention to detail which all made the trip relaxing and enjoyable. Location was quiet but very close to a beach and Pula, ideal overall for us. 10/10 Would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice house which includes everything

We have spent two weeks in this wonderful house. We must say, that everything from communication with the owner before arrival, the arrival itself, the stay, was absolutely perfect. The owner is very helpful and answers very quick on questions. The house includes everything already on arrival, so we didn't need anything at any time. On top, it is very close to both small and bigger city, hence several opportunities. Also close to a beach and other activities. Clear recommendation to rent this house.

Beautiful villa, great location and wonderful hosts

We had a relaxing 2 week stay. The villa is in a great location 10-15 min drive from several beaches or to Pula centre. The house has everything you need including the use of bikes. A nice quiet location that quickly felt like a home from home. Bono and Luciana were great hosts from the initial communication to making us feel so welcome on arrival and there on WhatsApp if we needed anything throughout the stay. Our flight arrived in the morning well before check in but they let us leave our bags and Bono took us on a short tour to get our bearings. Pula and the Istrian peninsula are must see destinations.with lots to see and do, great food and history. The Roman amphitheatre is incredible. Would recommend this area for a holiday and this property and hosts for a relaxing stay.

2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem festen Doppelbett, eines je Bettseite 50cm Platz, das zweite Zimmer eine Bettseite 58cm und eine 89cm Platz.Türbreite 79cm. --Bad Türe 67cm, kein unterfahrbares Waschbecken, WC 79cm breit, Dusche 87,5cm breit mit Tröpfchendusche, Handbrause OK. Zum 3 Schlafzimmer geht es mit Doppel-Schwingtüre 67cm breit in einen kleinen Flur, weiter mit Türe 79cm breit zum Schlafzimmer Doppelbett, von dem kleinen Flur geht es zum 2ten Bad des Hauses Türbreite 59cm Kinderbad.--Eingangstüre 90cm breit, innen 3cm und außen 12cm Absatz, zum Parkplatz leicht abfallend. Alle Rollstuhlfahrer sollten diese Daten vor der Buchung lesen!

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft! Die Vermieter Luciana und Bono sind sehr sympathisch, herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Haus, Grundstück und der Pool waren in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alles sehr sauber und es war alles da was man so braucht. Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft die wir je gebucht haben und wir werden ganz sicher irgendwann wiederkommen. Wir hatten einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub!

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Nach einer sehr herzlichen Begrüßung wie bei alten Freunden durch die Gastgeber Bono und Luciana hatten wir einen tollen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool, was sehr angenehm war.Die Ausstattung im Haus ist super, alles ist reichlich vorhanden, sauber und neuwertig. Es gibt Gewürze, einen Kaffeevollautomaten, Klimaanlage und Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern. Wir haben auch selten in so gemütlichen Betten geschlafen. Bono und Luciana waren stets erreichbar und gaben zu Beginn des Urlaubs auch gute Tipps. Alles in allem war es ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Besser geht es eigentlich nicht.

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Woche in der Villa von Bono und Luciana. Man spürt dass es ihnen eine Herzensangelegenheit ist den Gästen einen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Wir durften früher als vereinbart einchecken was uns sehr erfreut hat. Die Begrüßung war wie bei guten Freunden die man lange nicht mehr gesehen hat. Die Villa selbst ist toll ausgestattet und in einem Top Zustand. Selbst Berge von trockenem Holz stehen zum Grillen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und würden falls möglich wesentlich mehr Sterne vergeben.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unseren beiden Kindern in diesem super ausgestatteten Haus. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Luciana und Bono sind sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sie helfen jederzeit bei Fragen und Problemen weiter. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch :)

Schöner Urlaub in tollem Ferienhaus

Wir, zwei befreundete Paare, waren zwei Wochen die Ferienhaus-Gäste von Luciana und Bono. Zwei herzliche und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr netter Empfang, mit allen Infos zu Haus und Umgebung. Die beiden brachten uns später sogar noch unser Abendessen... total nett und natürlich auch 😋 Danke schön !!! Das Haus hält was Fotos und Beschreibung verspricht. Alles top gepflegt und vor allem - sauber!! Istrien hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Farben am Meer, Pula, Rovinj, Rabac, Bale... einfach super!!! Ein Wiederkommen ist nicht ausgeschlossen :) Einzig, was vielleicht fehlt, ist ein "einfacher" Fußweg/Radweg zum Strand.

Tolles Haus

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr herzlich mit Willkommensgetränken empfangen. Es erfolgte eine Führung durchs Haus. Bono und Luciana standen uns auf während des Aufenthalts ständig zur Verfügung. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit erneut buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Auch wir wurden von Bono sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus liegt ruhig zwischen Waldrand und Olivenhain, trotzdem nicht einsam, da in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Eine hervorragende Konoba ist fußläufig erreichbar und unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Allerdings macht auch das Kochen in dieser tollen Küche sehr viel Spaß! Alles ist geschmackvoll, sauber und gepflegt, und man legt großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Vielleicht kann man noch anmerken, dass hier aufgrund der äußerst hochwertigen Bauweise auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit ein Urlaub durchaus sehr komfortabel vorstellbar wäre. Bono und seine Familie sind wunderbare Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen und geben volle Empfehlung für dieses schöne Haus.

Das beste Ferienhaus

Wir waren als Familie (13jährige Tochter, 11jähriger Sohn) bei Bono und Luciana im Haus und uns allen hat es bestens gefallen, denn jedermanns Bedürfnisse wurden erfüllt: Rasen zum Fußballspielen, ein Tischkicker, eine Hollywoodschaukel zum Lesen und natürlich der Pool. Wir haben mehrfach Ausflüge mit dem Rad unternommen. Wir hatten noch nie eine so vollständig eingerichtete Küche und der Eiswürfel-Maker des Kühlschranks hat unsere Kinder begeistert. Bono und Luciana sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die uns beide persönlich mit kalten Getränken begrüßt haben, und sie beantworten alle Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Erholsame Ferien

Ruhig Lage, aber nicht weit vom Zentrum und Meer entfernt. Wir sind immer mit den Auto gefahren, da wir ein Kleinkind dabei hatten. Aber man kann auch sehr gemütlich mit den Leihrädern alles erkunden. Bono und Luciana sind tolle Gastgäber, vielen lieben Dank dass wir unsere Ferien bei euch verbringen könnten. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in entspannter Lage

Wir (Familie mit zwei Teenagern) waren zwei Wochen in den Sommerferien in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Es liegt in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand. Man ist abseits des Trubels von Pula und Medulin, kann aber in wenigen Auto-Minuten dort sein. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Besonders erwähnen müssen wir auch die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber Luciana und Bono. Sie haben uns nicht nur sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen, sondern haben uns gleich noch die wichtigsten ersten Anlaufstellen (Strand, Restaurants) gezeigt. Fazit: Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub hier und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung und mehr als netten Vermietern Luciana und Bono. Es begann mit einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung, ging über eine ausgiebige Einweisung bis zu einem kühlen Willkommensgetränk;-) Beide waren schnell erreichbar bei Fragen im Vorfeld und auch während unseres Aufenthalts.
