Spacious oceanview studio located in the South Hampton, 7th floor, beachfront complex of Kingston Plantation. Recently refreshed, new flooring, new bedding. 2 queen sized beds make it perfect for a quick getaway or a family vacation. Wide oceanview balcony right off the bedroom, open the sliding doors and smell the beach air. Pool is beachfront or take a few more steps and you are on the beach. Connected bridge to the Embassy Suites to enjoy a nice night out. Don't miss this one!

You DO have access to the South Hampton pool. *****This is a private rental, it is NOT associated with the Embassy Suites or Hilton on Kingston Plantation. You DO NOT have access to the amenities(pools, waterpark, fitness center, etc.) at those resorts. *******

Great place and location

We’ve stayed at this property a couple of times now and the owners has been great! The property is very convenient to the Kingston convention center for conferences. You can also easily access the main roads leading north and south for really convenient restaurant,entertainment and shopping choices. We’ll definitely be back

Condo was exactly as described. It was perfect for an extended weekend stay. Great view of the pier and beach from the balcony. Great email communication with every detail we needed for passcodes, directions around complex, and what to do at checkout. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Nice, Clean, and Conmvenient

This was a nice little studio condo. If you are attending a conference at Kingston Plantation or just want to get away for a few days and don't need a full size condo, this is a great choice. It was clean and nice and super convenient. Communication with the renter was terrific. Just wish the pool was open past 8 PM.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the pier! I think it needs a more beachy vibe with lighter paint colors and more local decor. Nevertheless it met our needs efficiently and perfectly. Claudia
