"yard", alley parking, and keyless entry for
independent check in. This cozy little
bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood, yet
conveniently located yards away from a
post office, grocery store, local diner, local
bookstore, clinic, restaurants, salon, etc. This
is a great place for a short or long term stay,
depending on your travel time, with plenty
of amenities included!

This is a separate back house on the
property with alley parking and private
fenced entrance. The front "yard" is fenced
separately from the main property and has a
gas fire pit. The property is in a centrally
located, quiet neighborhood.
The 1bd/1ba space is an open floor plan with
fully equipped kitchen (minus dishwasher),
washer/dryer, Roku TV, full bathroom, gas
"Wood stove", A/C window unit, and a
partitioned room with a queen bed and
spacious closet with extra towels, linens, and blankets.

Many shops, food, and other resources are
within close walking distance, with McLeod
Park and the bike path to downtown only
blocks away. If driving, or using Uber, you are
only minutes from downtown.

We had an amazing time in Missoula. The check-in process was easy. The property was in a perfect location and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, really enjoyed the patio. Very clean and all amenities as described. We appreciated the extra toiletries, paper towels, dish soap and condiments provided. Had an amazing stay and would definitely return.

Great little get-away!

Relaxing and Convenient

Welcoming and relaxing! The bed was very comfortable. I loved how this place was decorated. Restaurants, stores & grocery store within walking distance. Nice neighborhood to walk around. I definitely recommend!!!

Cozy and comfortable

The bungalow was just right for our week in Missoula. We had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, updated appliances, comfortable bed. The fire pit and quiet backyard were very welcome in the evenings. Jason was a great host, checked in with us and responded quickly to any questions that came up. We'll be back next year !

I grew up in Virginia, but I have been living in Missoula over 20 years. I have created a life here and make a modest living guiding fly fishers on our local rivers through my outfitting company www.zootownanglers.com. When I am not on the water, I enjoy spending time with my partner Kim checking out new places and traveling beyond the borders in the winter months to warm environs to scuba dive and catch other species on a fly rod. Beyond that, time with friends, family, taking in live music, reading, etc. take up my time.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is conveniently centrally located, quiet, and a great mix of retired folks, young families, and long time residents. It’s conveniently a short walk to a grocery store, post office, some local restaurants, the awesome Book Exchange bookstore, and one of the best local breweries in town, Oddpitch, which hosts food trucks throughout the week and rotating pinball machines. Not to mention it is a walk across the block to the Fairgrounds where Zootown Fest happens in June (fantastic two day music fest), and the Western Montana Fair in August.

What makes this property unique

It’s got everything for either short term, or long term stays. Off street alley parking and a private entrance with a gas fire pit courtyard provides a quiet, private, welcome. The house has both AC and a gas fire place, a full kitchen (minus dishwasher), and a washer/dryer. Queen sized bed and a large closet space provides plenty of room for two folks.
