Classic 1960's log home, completely remodeled with modern amenities. Just South of Missoula 1 1/2 miles. Close to shopping and recreation. Comfortably sleeps up to 12 , 3 new queen beds 2 twin beds ,2 fold out queen sofas in the living room, 2 fullbaths. This home is set just off the highway with private parking and a very large yard that is gorgeous year round, and surrounded by fruit trees and pines and often has deer walking through. We have also just completed a new fence with gates to have an enclosed yard

We love the outdoors, fishing, floating the rivers, camping and of course GRIZ Football. We are also 25+ years of season ticket holders. This is a cozy cabin close to town, but far enough out that you feel you are on vacation. Fully furnished and just plain out comfortable.

What makes this property unique

This home has some wonderful attributes. It is nice and private but only 5 minutes from (1) the Bitterroot River for fishing and tubing, (2) Blue Mountain for hiking and watching wildlife, (3) Larchmont golf course which is a public course, (4) a variety of quality dining like Mackenzie River Pizza, Plaza Azteca, the Depot, and the fairly new 1889 Steak House down town Missoula
