Great property and location! Our host provided excellent pre-check in communication and once there, the property exceeded our expectations. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this property. PS - just a short walk to the beach. If you prefer to drive to it, a two minute drive, 3 parking with plenty of spaces.

Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful vacation home! Your home is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture to enjoy a relaxing time away! The bedroom furniture is very beautiful with a very comfortable bed! We love the shutter blinds which keep the light out to get a good night sleep! The kitchen offers everything to make a great meal! We especially love the Keurig coffee maker which lets everyone make the kind of coffee they like! The host also has beach towels, beach chairs and wagon to take to the beach! The beach is just a short walk! The Westin is also a short walk which offers many wonderful restaurants and a beautiful view of the ocean and music while eating! The host has thought of everything to make your vacation a wonderful experience! if you have any questions the host will answer them quickly and efficiently! Thank you for helping us to make more special memories at Hilton Head Island! While there we made a trip to Charleston for the day and also to Beaufort! Hilton Head and the property is beautiful. But you are staying in a bottom villa so you will endure all the noise of villa over you

The location of this property is perfect! Being able to walk to the beach was awesome. The beach chairs provided worked great as well. Mark was great to communicate with and the property was very comfortable. We would stay here again!
