This is a lovely condominium - nicely decorated, spacious, well equipped, and clean. We love the location - close to South Beach Marina and close to the beach - an easy walk to both. The hosts were very responsive. Great stay!

What an amazing place, with an awesome host. Just a short walk to the beach, and right by the South Beach Marina, was an absolutely awesome time! Great for my family. Host was super friendly and helpful! We want to go back!

Pool charge is 20 usd per day per person which we did not consider a small fee as per listing.location so close to the beach was great and biking in sea pines is always wonderful

We loved the location as it is near the beach, Salty Dog Cafe, bike rental and the pool. This was exactly what we were looking for. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the patio which is partially private and was very quiet. I had a couple of deer visit one morning. Everything in the condo worked nicely. We would definitely stay here again.

Mostly lived up to description. Cleaning crew fell a little short - broom fell in kitchen; doors to utility (furnace) off hinges; kitchen counter setup in disarray; curtains in disarray in living room; blinds in main bedroom a bit disheveled. No negatives per se against property owner, mostly cleaning crew attention to detail missing.

Great Stay!

The property was clean and very bright, getting the morning sun streaming through the living room. A quick walk across the street and you have your toes in the sand of the beach. Great location right next to the Salty Dog. We didn’t have any major issues, only I couldn’t get the tv in the twin beds room to work, but we weren’t there to watch tv so it wasn’t a big deal. Also the oven seemed to take forever to heat up just to warm up a couple slices of pizza, so keep that in mind if you plan on making a big dinner. But overall the place was lovely and we would definitely stay there again.

Why they chose this property

We picked Sea Pines because it’s basically our family’s happy place. Our girls think they’re professional bikers as they race around the trails (spoiler: they’re not), we’ve got beach days down to a science, and Greg Russell’s show under the Liberty Oak? Let’s just say we know all the lyrics and don’t even care who’s watching us sing along! It’s the kind of place where you can ride bikes to grab ice cream, get totally sandy, and end the day feeling like you’ve just had the best vacation ever—every single time. We keep coming back because we’ve got a ton of memories here... and we’re always making more!

What makes our place special? First off, the view of Braddock Cove—it’s pretty hard to beat! You can step right out into the backyard and feel the island breeze. Plus, you’re just a 2-minute walk to the beach and South Beach Marina, so whether it’s a morning walk on the sand or an evening stroll, everything’s within easy reach. We love grabbing a quick bite and then heading straight to the beach after breakfast or dinner—it’s just one of those little things that makes this place feel like a true getaway.
