Great place, good balance of tech, at home recreation, arcade games, indoor pool, hot tub, two theaters, etc. Even though us Adults were whooped after a day on the beat, it was nice to know that when we did come back to the cabin, the kids still knew the fun wasn’t over.

This property was a perfect peice of SmokeyMountain heaven. The property owners/management were quick to respond and very accommodating and professional. The cabin was by far our favorite stay. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in many places that were very nice, however Bear Splash was top notch.Every detail was meticulously thought of and the spaces were extra clean and inviting. We felt at home and at peace, not wanting for anything and not wanting to leave. You can tell the the owners take great pride in their cabin and their service.The Smokey Mountains are even better in person. From sunrise to sunset, the mountain air, birds chirping and mountain rainfall, we can see why the magic of the mountains call to you.Thank you for a lasting memory.

Erin is the best, super quick with response. Air went out had HVAC guy out that afternoon resolved problem , Gave us heads up when pool people were coming as well as lawn care. Excellent instructions for everything, just a great experience!

What a great cabin! The location was perfect, close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but far away enough to be away from the crowds. The set up of the cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Everyone enjoyed the pool and all the entertainment that comes with the cabin!

Everything about this cabin was excellent. Erin was extremely responsive to our questions. The cabin is beautifully maintained. It is located in the hills outside of town which offers great scenery in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were great. We watched a show every night in the pool. The kids played Xbox on the big screen downstairs. There are a total of five screens so everyone could watch and play what they wanted. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Our host, Erin, and this place were excellent.The descriptions for how to utilize all of the electronics (movie room, pool room, etc.) were clearer than any I’ve ever seen, which is so helpful when you stare at 4 remotes.But they provided photographic descriptions for everything.Exceptionally clean and everything was as advertised.Even though the Smoky Mountains were busy with abundant tourists, we didn’t mind because our unit was so relaxing and enjoyable inside and outside.I highly recommend this destination and our host.

The pics don't do this place justice. 5 stars didn't seem enough for how clean it was. The location is perfect! Very close to town, but still secluded enough to have peace and privacy. All the amenities would be able to keep you busy for days without leaving. Also, heated toilet seats! As far as any response, I can't speak on it, as I had no problems to contact them about and all instructions were sent before our stay. We loved it and will definitely come back. We almost extended our stay, but had animals to feed back home

Our stay at Bearfoot Splash was awesome! The hosts were helpful and responsive. They were thorough with descriptions and helpful resources. The house was exactly as described and it exceeded our expectations. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The amenities were exactly what our family needed to have a relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

This was, by far, the best rental experience we’ve ever had! The cabin was decorated beautifully for the holidays, was extremely clean, and felt so cozy. Erin was an incredible host and was extremely prompt in her response to any question I had. Our young kids even said we should make this a yearly trip to this same cabin!

Wonderful Cabin

We used all of the great facilities, The pool was warm and so clean. The hot tub and pool table added lots of fun to our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfy! It was a great stay for all of us!

Property was great however I have been a pool owner for 30 years and have no experience with Bromine but the pool and hot tub both were very slippery and felt kind of slimy, would definitely go back again though and had a great experience!!!

Thank you for your review and glad you had a great experience! We're sorry the pool and hot tub felt slippery/slimy to you. For clarity: the hot tub (bromine-sanitized) was fully drained, cleaned, and refilled fresh before your arrival (as it is for each guest), and the indoor pool (saltwater system, no bromine) was professionally serviced with balanced chemicals just hours prior by our certified pool tech. We have records of all the chemical levels and everything was in check. Our whole-home water softener produces very soft water, which might feel noticeably silkier or more slippery than the harder water that you might be accustomed to. In the hot tub, introducing lotions, sunscreens, sweat, or body oils (especially without showering first, as we kindly request in our welcome guide) can also create a temporary filmy or slimy feel on the surface. As always, we encourage our guests to let us know right away during their stay if anything feels off—as we can usually address it immediately. Our goal is for our guests to have a 5 star stay, and if we are not notified of issues, we don't have the ability to improve their stay. Thanks again for the feedback.
