Welcome to C32 at Sundown Condominiums in Perdido Key, Florida, located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and waterfront to Ole River, offering one of the best sunset views on the island. This is a top-floor condo that offers a half-covered, half-uncovered balcony where you can watch dolphins play, enjoy the scenery of boats going by, and take in the views of Ono Island.


On the grounds, Sundown has a large swimming pool with bath house, basketball court, tennis court (which also has the lines for pickleball), boat storage yard, two fishing docks with boat slips, BBQ grills near the swimming pool and the boat docks, and a private boardwalk to the beach (located across the street). If you are interested in bringing your boat, registration fees of $20 per day apply.


The living room offers a cozy and comfortable place to enjoy water-front views and access to a private balcony. There is a dining table that seats six people. In the newly updated, fully equipped kitchen, you will find all that you need to feel at home while making your favorite meals. Even though this is a one bedroom unit, there are enough beds to comfortably sleep 5 people. You will find a King size bed in the bedroom. In the bedroom, there is also a twin size daybed with a twin trundle underneath. In the living room there is a Queen size Murphy bed (fold down bed). Both the bedroom and the living room have large TV's and Sundown offers Free Cable and Wifi for your enjoyment. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, as well.


Perdido Key offers a lot of water sports such as kayak rentals, parasailing, banana boat rides, jet ski rentals, paddle board rentals and boat rentals. Our boat slips and jet ski moorings are available to our guests for a fee. There is also great night fishing and crabbing off of the docks at Sundown.


If you like the nightlife and great food you will be happy to know Sundown is centrally located to many options. Some of our favorite restaurants are Pirate’s Cove for burgers, Butch’s for BBQ, Hub Stacey’s for sandwiches or breakfast, and The Gulf, Playa, and Fisher’s. Most of these can be accessed by boat. Perdido Seafood sells delicious dips and fresh seafood. Located one mile down the street is the world-famous, water-front Flora-Bama that offers live music and an oyster bar.


Sundown Condominium offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom vacation rentals. This is a low-density complex, made up of four buildings, each containing three floors. The complex does not offer an elevator. With an annual average temperature of 74 degrees, everyday is a perfect beach day. Our summer season is mid May through the first week of August with June and July being the busiest. August, September and October have fall rates and November, December, January and February have our winter rates and monthly rates. March and April through mid May is Spring Break season.
