Come enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage all one floor. Sleeps 5, open concept living room and kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed and TV, guest bedroom has a queen size bed. 2 spacious bathrooms one with a tub shower combo and the other with a walk in shower. Queen size pull out sofa in the living room. Linens included. For renters with little ones, there is a pack n play as well as a portable high chair. Open concept living room where everyone can enjoy time together. For a quiet night enjoy snuggling up to watch a movie on the smart TV or play some board games in front of the fireplace. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to make a great meal stocked with all essentials. For a day on the beach we provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. After a long day of fun at the beach or pools come back to relax on the patio and enjoy cooking on the grill and watching the sun set. Beautiful gated community with resort amenities. Unwind at our nearby clubhouse, where you can access two outdoor heated swimming pools, lower pool is adult only after 2pm. The clubhouse boasts foosball, ping pong, Air hockey, bocce courts, and horseshoe pits. If you want to work out our fitness center helps you stick to your workout routine. If you prefer to be outdoors you can enjoy walking around the quiet neighborhoods in our gated community or venture out to hike the Eastern trail. Have fun sitting by the fire pit or the fire bar and enjoy a few cocktails. If you like mini golf it’s one minute away just outside the complex. Only 12 minutes away is Dock square, Kennebunkport and kennebunk where you will find great restaurants and lots of shopping. The Beaches are only 15 minutes away, kayak rentals, whale watching, boat tours and much more. This area has something for everyone. There is a wealth of places to go and things to do within a short drive. Come and enjoy a truly special place that has kept generations of families returning year after year.
If you love Christmas then come stay and experience the 43rd annual Christmas Prelude in Kennebunkport. This year the dates are Dec 5th-Dec 15th, 2024.
During the Prelude in Kennebunkport, you can watch Santa Claus arrive by lobster boat during the annual Christmas Prelude, and there are many other festivities hosted throughout the holiday season. One of the best places to celebrate Christmas in New England, the town is picture-perfect, especially with holiday lights and a dusting of snow, ideal for photo-ops, while seashore holiday trolley rides, wine tasting and lobster bakes are hosted too. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Our stay was wonderful, the cottage was meticulous and perfect in every way. Whatever you needed, it was there! The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. The cottage was beautiful, the towels smelled amazing, the beds were comfortable, the location was awesome and they literally thought of everything! The clubhouse and pool were loved by my teenage boys, they went everyday. We couldn't have asked for anything more. This was, by far, our favorite cottage rental and we have been coming to MAINE for many many years. We didn't want to leave. We cannot wait to return again and again! THANK YOU! :)

Favorite House to Stay

This is our third time staying at the cottage. We love the location; perfect location and the community at the cottages is very welcoming. The house has everything we need and just enough space so people can spread out. Love the décor and how cozy the house feels. And it's so easy working with Lisa, great communication and if anything went wrong I knew I could count on Lisa. Can't wait to come again next year!

Magical visit for Christmas Prelude

My family and I had stayed at this lovely home back in June and loved it so much we thought it would be great to come back for Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude. The house was just as perfect as the first time (and we really enjoyed the fireplace this time around) and Lisa was amazing with providing helpful advice about the prelude.

Lovely Setting; Easy Living

We had a wonderful week at this cottage. I can't say enough about our stay, except I want to, so it won't be hard to rent next year. :) It was very, very clean and was charmingly decorated. While we had a bit of a learning curve with the TV, the owners were gracious enough to drive up and bail us out of our confusion. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Convenient kitchen with everything we needed and more. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, with its overcast skies and rain preventing enjoyment of the pools, that's Maine. It happens. There was so much else to do, it didn't matter. We're readers, bringing sack loads of books to choose from. If I suggested anything, it would be reading lamps. I doubt most people come to read, however. Thanks so much, Lisa and Sephano

If I could rent it for three of the four seasons, I would. 10 stars

Immaculately kept property. Well stocked, including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. We absolutely loved the way the cottage was decorated. I told Lisa we had to find the table they put the coffee station on. All the choices they made created a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Everything about it was perfection. Great location too. We absolutely loved it!

We were extremely pleased with the cottage as it was exactly as the owner described it. The location was perfect with easy access to the beaches and restaurants. We were able to cook and bake in the kitchen which was fully equipped and we loved the glass containers for leftovers. Wish we could have given it ten stars **********

Beautiful cottage and great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, very clean and very well equipped cottage. We felt like home. We took advantage of the terrace and the BBQ. What about the 2 superb swimming pools which are a few minutes walk from the cottage. Great location between Old Orchard and Ogunquit Quick and easy communication with the owner. Truly a vacation successful!

Lovely Cottage Getaway

My family and I went to Maine for our first time. The cottage we stayed at was lovely; it was beautifully decorated, clean and had all of the amenities to make it feel like home. We especially loved the open floor plan and how beachy it felt. We also enjoyed the pool and the clubhouse. Lisa and Stefano were very attentive and took care of a concern that came up right away. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I highly recommend and hope we can return someday!

Lovely Cottage Exceeded our Expectations

We had such a relaxing vacation in Lisa and Stefano’s lovely cottage. They thought of pretty much everything when they equipped and decorated the home. Plenty of good quality pots & pans, dishes, bowls, knives, beach/pool stuff and more. It was very clean, (I’m a fanatic about that), nicely decorated, and the bed was comfy. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. We used the patio quite a bit to just sit and read or have a meal. There’s a grill, the table comes with a nice umbrella for shade, and the chairs are comfortable. The cottage is also in the perfect location to get to beaches (Biddeford Pool is our fave), excellent restaurants (you must try 50 Local in Kennebunk), and shopping. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return to this special place.

Perfect Maine Getaway House

For over a decade my parents and I have been vacationing all over southern Maine. Last year was our first time staying in the Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve and we really liked the community so we were excited to find this house to stay in this year. The house felt spacious and was beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds and furniture, and we really enjoyed using the fireplace on the cooler nights. Everything that we could have possibly needed was provided. We really love staying in this community -it's peaceful and everyone is super friendly. It's a great location, about 15 minutes from Goose Rocks Beach and a great location to get to the other towns.

Great location and place to stay

My wife and I found this place by chance when searching Vrbo for a place to stay in Maine. When we arrived, we were taken away by the cleanliness of the cottage, but also the entire area. The cottage is beautiful and set in the perfect location. We were able to travel up to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Portsmouth, and Ogunquit Beach with ease. It's only about an hour and a half from Boston Airport and right outside of Kennebunkport. Overall, I would highly recommend this location for anyone. This would include small families or couples alike. Lisa was great with communication and was always making sure everything was good to our liking. She had a high chair and pack and play already setup for us when we arrived, which made everything so easy. 10/10 for a place to stay in Maine!!!

Delightful!

Pictures do not do it justice! Bathrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The clubhouse is very nice and we used the game room every evening. The grand kiddos loved the board games and the kitchen has everything you could ever need.

Great and beautiful stay!

We stayed for a week (4 adults) and was truly impressed with the home. Was very clean, beds were comfortable and living area spacious. It was just like having a home away from home! We felt very comfortable there. And the community place was very fun with the pool and games. Location is great too! Easy to get to surrounding towns and beaches. The only down side was no light above the dining table which made it hard to see when playing cards or games in the late evening hours. Will come back again!! Will definitely share with friends and family!!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Arundel is unique in the way of it being outside of all the high traffic areas and but close enough to go into those areas if you choose.
